I come from a family of Pennsylvania Dutch, all of the foods that you carry are wonderfully tasting, so I am not as homesick as I think I am, being away at school, thank you Walmart for your shown kindness in helping me to be able to eat foods that I am used to eating.
The Amish macaroni salad is fantastic . . Most macaroni salads macaroni salads bother my stomach because of to much sweet peppers within . I love the shredded carrots, in fact I always add in more with a little graded parmesan when I really like is the carrots, in fact, I add more carrots to it as well. I really like the carrots, in fact, I also add in parmesan cheese. DELICIOUS 😋

Bog-standard macaroni salad that is too sweet. Nothing special. You would think that with the name "Amish" it would have less sugar, but it still has too much sugar. I don't know why another reviewer said it needed more sugar, maybe its a batch issue or made by hand inconsistently.
I love the this macaroni salad! I am not an onion fan and this salad does not give you all onion. It has hard boiled egg and it is creamy. I love the sweetness and depending on who makes it, it either is sweet or needs a little more sugar. That's just me. I love a salad that is more sweet than vinegary. But it is great.
I love this amish macaroni salad. It has a very good taste, but if it had onions in it, it would taste even better. Sometimes you can taste onions in it and that's when it's very delicious and sometimes you can't taste the onions. I would rate it a five with the onions.
The taste is delicious. My husband loves it, and it does not make him sick. My daughter and I love it too; however, it makes both of us sick to our stomach. There has to be an ingredient in it that makes us sick - or - maybe it stays unrefrigerated for over an hour by the time it is delivered to us.
Love this Amish mac salad and all Walmart salads but the prices for the deli salads are too expensive. I'm now making big batches of my own for less than half the cost.
This mac salad straight up tastes like sugar. It is far too sweet, and even with adding extra mustard black pepper, it was barely edible. I do not recommend unless you want to eat your mac salad for dessert.
The last few containers that I have purchased whether it's the Amish, the mustard or the regular there's a lot of rotten potato pieces chunky black pieces. It's not worth it anymore. Everything that Walmart sells food wise seems to have gone down in quality the last year from their frozen fruit to their so-called fresh potato salads.
