Freshness Guaranteed Amish Potato Salad, 16 oz

There's an Amish Food place out by Halo Farm I used to get potato salad from, but lately they've not been there. This stuff tastes almost exactly the same with the benefits of being slightly cheaper and not yellow! Just don't eat too much at once if you have a sensitive stomach.

Very good but the last couple of times I purchased the potato salad I noticed that some of the potatoes were a bit under cooked, they had more bite effort in them than they should have. But I'm going to keep buying them hoping that someone on the farm isn't letting them boil long enough. They really are good though.

I never thought I would like pre-packaged potato salad but this one fills my cravings. I don't make this for myself but the taste is right there for me. Yes, it is on the sweet side but that was how my Mom made it . Another thing - the hard boiled egg is chopped finely so that it is not overwhelming. This was recommended by my best friend and I enjoy it. P.S. now that summer is coming - it will be hard to find this on the shelf😉

I happen to like potatoe salads with maximum traditional ingredients and Amish style fulfills my preference on taste, texture, great balance and proportions of favorite ingredient combinations achieving enjoyable 'mouth feel". I enjoy chunky texture with subtle crunch, slight sweetness to compliment the tartness of mustard. To me anything bearing Amish made means lack of lab made chemicals.

this is very good potato salad! not as good as the southern style potato salad I get at another store, but still quite tasty. I wish it had had a little bit more celery and pickle in it though, since I like some crunch in my potato salad. But I will definitely buy this again.

I love this potato salad. The first time I had it was at a party and I asked for the recipe. I was surprised to find out it was Walmart! I didn't know which one it was, though. Then one day my dad had mentioned it to me how the Amish potato salad from Walmart was the best he'd ever had. Now I know which one to buy! It's got a little sweetness to it that makes it stand out from a classic southern potato salad. It is so good!!

This is the ONLY potato salad I will eat other than the homemade potato salad I make. I learned to make potato salad from my mother when I was a teenager. I took my salad to parties and always went home with an empty bowl and people asking me for my secret recipe. Anyhow this is Amish Potato salad. I do not know if it is a true Amish recipe, but I do know it is delicious. It is sweet, has some onions in it and tiny bits of hard boiled eggs. Other store potato salads are bland and tasteless---this one is very good.

Excellent flavor, however, cooking time of the potatoes is inconsistent. Sometimes the potato ingredient is on point; at other times, the potatoes are under cooked which makes them difficult to chew..Either the difference in potato cooking time or the various batches should be monitored for consistency. If this problem is addressed, this product would certainly rate 5 Stars.

The container of Amish Potato Salad that I received was only half full. I didnt nottice this discrepancy until I tried to open it for lunch today. I've ordered this potato salad previously and always found it to meet all my expectations. I just wanted to tell you of the problem so the preparer of the order is aware of this and will be more careful in future orders.Thank you..

This Amish potato salad is so tasty. I have purchased this potato salad for years, and the large container used to be my go to, to take to a picnic, with some upscaling with some paprika and maybe cut boiled eggs on top. Now it is absolutely so expensive, I can't afford to purchase full,sized container, but the small size is OK for my personal consumption. It's a tad sweet and has sweet pickles, if you like your potato salad this way.
