I grabbed a pack of Walmart's Chocolate Chip Bakery cookies thinking, “Eh, they'll hold me over.” What I did not expect was to be sitting on my couch 14 cookies deep wondering if I had just discovered the eighth wonder of the modern world. First bite: soft, chewy, and sweet enough to make my dentist's eye twitch from two towns over. The chocolate chips aren't stingy either — these things are loaded, like Walmart decided to hold a “buy one cookie, get a handful of chips free” sale in the dough. Are they gourmet? No. But do they taste like the kind of comfort you get when you realize you don't have to share them with anyone? Absolutely. They're the cookie equivalent of sweatpants — reliable, forgiving, and a little dangerous if you spend too much time with them. Warning: Do not “just have one.” That is not a real option. These cookies operate on casino buffet rules: you don't stop until either they're gone or you start questioning your life choices. Would I buy them again? I already did. Twice. They're in my cart right now. Send help.
The cookies are very good. The is nothing wrong with the products. The girls that delivered should NQT be out together. Because of the fact they don’t know what they are doing. They refused to speak English. They even sent in Text in Spanish. I told them they were out of luck with me and they started to speak English, not great but enough to communicate. They have been here one other time and did not bring part of the order which took over a day to get. The men are great about trying to communicate. They really know how to ask for 5 star ratings. I feel like that is the superiors fault, there must be a contest going on. I love WalMart they try to have fair pricing and do a great job. I love the fact that I can ordered everything and it be delivered. I don’t do reviews I am 85 years old and what I Ithink isn’t that important to younger customers.
I bought these thinking they'd be a nice little snack. Next thing I knew, I was standing in my kitchen at 10:30 PM explaining to an empty cookie tray that I only meant to have one. Pros: Soft and chewy Plenty of chocolate chips Taste surprisingly homemade Conveniently packaged in a way that makes you forget how many you've eaten Cons: Package says 10 cookies, but I only found 2 after opening it. Upon further investigation, I was the culprit. Zero self-control included in the purchase. Overall, these cookies are dangerous. Not because they're unhealthy, but because you'll confidently tell your family, "Don't worry, I'll save some for later," and then wake up the next morning wondering where they all went.
My husband is a chocolate chip cookie eater but very particular about the taste and texture of the cookie. Walmart chocolate chip cookies passed the taste and texture test, just the right amount of sweetness Soft and fresh almost like homemade. We but these regularly.
decent cookies, not hard, not soft, kinda in between, they don't suck up milk very well, but have a decent amount of chocolate chips, also, by weight, you get more for your money than the other "chip-ahoy" style cookies. (these are bigger, heavier cookies than that style)
🤓 the cookie has a decent flavor, good value, soft.🧐 my only issue is how the cookie is made whenever the baker is mixing in the shortening/butter with the sugar it's not incorporating properly. The sugar granulates are still crunchy after they're done baking, please tell your bakers after mixing it needs to sit for a little while and then mix again to make sure the granulates have melted or just mix it a while longer.
I ordered and paid for chocolate chip cookies from the bakery, regular and received the sugar-free. I hate the sugar-free. It was not what I ordered. I double checked my order and it was not my mistake. They put the wrong cookie in the bag had to throw them out, cause I do not like the artificial taste.
I disliked the fact that I ordered these cookies as I always buy them. Unfortunately, they were not in my pick-up order nor was there a message they were out of stock. I also did not get a refund even though I had called the Walmart and was told I would receive a refund on PayPal.
I have tried, and tried again, but 3rd time Im done I will never purchase these again...I cannot farhom why these taste gritty??? did the sugar not get creamed with butter before eggs and dry ingredients....they taste like when your at the neach and sand gets on them....3 different time...
I am very disappointed with my Walmart pickup order. The chocolate chip cookie container was already open when I received it, which is a food safety concern. In addition to the package being open, the cookies appeared damaged and crushed. I do not feel comfortable eating food that arrived with broken packaging. I expect food items to be sealed and handled properly during pickup orders. I am requesting a refund or replacement. Photos attach
