Freshness Guaranteed Cream Cheese Brownies, 13 oz, 4 Count

I had purchased these one time, just to see if my husband would like them …now it has become a regular grocery list item for him! He absolutely loves them. If they could make Red Velvet Brownies, that would be his dream dessert! Until that day comes, he can have these. 😂

These are my favorite store-bought brownies. Everyone else makes brownies with chocolate frosting, and while I LOVE chocolate, there's nothing like a good chocolate brownie with rich vanilla buttercream frosting (it's more this than 'cream cheese' but that's a good thing!). These are fresh and delicious. There's only ONE Walmart location that carries these, I wish I could get these at more locations.

I had forgotten about eating this brand before. I guess that it must be my tastebuds but something about these brownies taste odd to me. . It's just me being picky.

These brownies with the cream cheese filling on top are so good. I have been buying these for years at Walmart and they always taste so good. I have noticed they have gone up in price a bit but they are still my favorite.

I was wanting brownies with icing NOW. These hit the spot and I could cut them in half. Homemade is still better but these work in a pinch. I'll buy them again.

ive had these years ago and they were pretty good. this time however i was disappointed to discover that the white layer on top was not cream cheese icing but some sort of cake icing that did not complement the brownies at all. On one brownie we scrzped off their topping and put a layer of cream cheese on it. it was somewhat better.

I have purchased these in the past, and they were quite good. This time, they weren't nearly as good. They were much smaller than they used to be, and the frosting quality has gone downhill. They used to have a thick, creamy layer of frosting with a deep cream cheese flavor. This time, there was no discernible cream cheese flavor, and the frosting tasted like powdered sugar and water or milk. It didn't taste like cream cheese, or even vanilla; just overwhelmingly sweet.

this doesn't taste like a brownie and the icing doesn't taste like cream cheese. it's sweet but not chocolaty at all. you would never guess it was a brownie if you were blindfolded.

i ordered cheesecake not cream cheese brownies! i have bought the brownies before and they are good, it is just not what i wanted. I had to go into Walmart to pick up my meds and happened to go over to the bakery area to pick up something that i forgot to order. There on the shelves was the cheesecake that I ordered, that I didn't get, that i thought was in my pick up order. so you did have it in stock!??!

A little disappointed. I bought them because of the cream cheese, but the cream cheese was so faint. It was more a buttercream vanilla frosting. I added a healthy spread of cream cheese to make it palatable. The brownie was fine. The overall texture, though it was in date, seemed a bit “stale”.
