great job on the cake. whipped icing is perfect with chocolate cookie cake

I ordered a customized cookie cake ; an M%26M cookie cake with a black border and rainbow squiggly icing on top of the black border. I wanted the rest of the cake plain, but with “Happy 10th Birthday (my son's name) over the phone and picked it up today. Everything was Wrong except the spelling. The cookie cake was chocolate chip, The border was very very thin, it had rainbow sprinkles, and read “Happy 5th Birthday ( son's name). The woman seemed agitated when I told her it was supposed to say 10. She changed it for me but i didn't want to waste my breathe with the rest because his party was an hour later. This was the second time I've had a messed up cake from Walmart on Estes. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and order from here one more time but if it's messed up for the third time then unfortunately won't happen again.

The cookie cake was supposed to be decorated all the way out to the edges. It was not so I asked her to put a second row of edging. The happy birthday you cannot read, and if she had turned the cookie cake long ways she would've had more room plus using a smaller writing tip would have helped too.

Ordered this for a going away…and this is what I got. Bakery was gone so they couldn't get someone to rewrite it and I needed it for the following day. Pretty upset about it.
