I love these best barbecue pieces I've had in a long time I will continue to order weekly with my regular order. Just 2 drawbacks with me giving it 4 stars instead of 5 stars. First they need to have these available for the mid morning deliveries they don't seem to have these for the 9-11 am orders. Second I know it says 8 pieces but can they give you 8 good size pieces not a few pieces that really add up to 1 piece. Otherwise they are great

This chicken item was very very good the last time I had it. It came warm and not hard as a rock. The person who delivered my order should've put it in the bag that's designed for hot food, like before. Cold mac %26 cheese and cold chicken which was supposed to be at least warm. I think that I will think twice on this one again

I love buying things from the hot case. However, this barbecue chicken was not good at all. It was overcooked way overcooked it was dry, and there was hardly any barbecue flavor at all if any. I have bought this same product from many hot cases from Walmart stores and it's been delicious. This time I ended up throwing it away I mean, I tried to eat it. I would go to different pieces and see what I can do and then I just tossed it so I don't know what happened, but it was not a good day for the barbecue chicken from the hot case.

it's really hit or miss when you order ready to eat food. usually not hot but that's acceptable as i can heat it up. but more times than not the food is on the dry side from being sitting around too long. I'll no longer order because it's rarely fresh.

The delivery was fine, but the chicken was cold and old. The ad said it was going to be delivered hot, but it was not. I was surprised. I expected it to be if not hot . Warm maybe? That is false advertisement. How can I buy the chicken wings again?? Are they always going to be cold?? Microwaving them is not good because they dry out. What to do??

These boneless wings are absolutely awful! I suspected there was no barbecue sauce on them, and I was correct. They were simply breaded with no seasoning whatsoever - disgusting to say the least. I swear, Walmart Supercenter %232331 @ 155 Waterford Parkway No., Waterford, CT 06385 must be the WORST Walmart on the East Coast! Corporate management really needs to "drain the swamp" of most of that location's employees. I mean how difficult is it to assure that a customer order is correct? If it states "barbecue" that's what it should be, correct? By the way, I'm a Walmart Plus customer, and don't appreciate getting this gross crap instead of what I ordered. There's a reason why your Waterford location id such a laughing stock with the local townspeople!

I love these wings when they are fresh. However, due to arthritis, I do curbside pickup. They prepare these too early so by my pickup time the sauce is dry and sometimes sticky, and they no longer taste good. I have complained about the early preparation before but it does no good.

If I didn't know better, I might ave been gnawing an old tire, except that might be more tender than the saucy rocks that were delivered to my door. I would not order again even if they dropped it to 8 pieces for a dollar. 😑 Two orders thrown away after we could hardly bite into 2 pieces each.

The bbq chicken nuggets were burnt dry and not eatable. I was very disappointed with them. i will never order again. You might want to educate your deli employees would they eat what they sent me. Just because it is delivery and can't do any thing about it should no mean i get substandard food. I could not eat it so the only place to put it was the trash.
