Freshness Guaranteed Fresh, Hot, Ready-to-Eat Fried Chicken, 8 Piece

I ordered by 11:00 so I could get some fresh chicken for lunch. There shouldn’t be old dried out chicken from 9:00 in the morning which is what I got. So no I wouldn’t tell anyone to buy this unless they want it for breakfast. I also had a popcorn chicken . It was cooked at 7:30 am.. 4 hours under the heat lamps. That’s dangerous!

the chicken was not fresh. was most likely very tasty from 3-5 but since it was prepared at 3:20 and set under the heat....it was dried out when it reached me at 7:44pm. shame, shame.

This chicken was hard and dry it had been cooked extremely too long and there was only one thigh in this eight piece chicken the other one was replaced with the drumstick which I throw away. I usually buy dark meat chicken but Walmart doesn't give you that option because I like thighs and wings. I will continue to go to Cash Saver to get my chicken.

Normally, I love picking up their fried chicken. I ordered it tonight for delivery, and it was so old and dried out that you could tell through the clear plastic container without even opening it. The chicken was so dry and old that it literally SNAPPED in half as I tried to tear a piece off. Inside, it was so beyond just dry, it was hard as a rock and flaked when scraped. I will never trust it again because someone saw the chicken and boxed it up knowing it was bad ON SIGHT. There was no way they didn't know they were giving us inedible food. Too bad, but now I can't trust their hot and ready food so I'll never buy any of it again.

Although the chicken was warm when it arrived. The chicken was overcooked and so dry, I could hardly swallow it and by the smell of the chicken, it was fried in burned or used up oil! I fed most of it to my dogs! So very disappointed in the quality. In my opinion the deli workers need more training, and avoid sending out any product that is less than delicious! I can tell you for certain, that if I had been present, I would not have even considered choosing this chicken! I wish you could smell the photos! It smells burned! I’ve learned my lesson.

this was a substitute for the unavailable Rotisserie chicken. The chicken was overcooked and very dry. It was so over cooked that the coating could not be removed from the chicken without a layer of meat being removed. The coating was very dark brown. The chicken was overcooked and dry, even the dark meat.

It's over fried that the chicken skin fall apart and hard as stone if you reheat it.First time buying it should bought only the 4 piece. Supposed to be crispy outside but the one sent to me left too long on the deep fryer like not freshly fried but reheated . Really disappointed. Not juicy at all 😔😔😔

this fried chicken is deceiving. it looks like a big piece and there's hardly any meat on it! In my picture, this is a breast. Spoon is on there for scale. I will never order this crap again. The price I had to pay for this is unbelievable.

It was not edible: it was mostly a hard breading and, when cracked off, very little meat underneath. Where is Walmart even finding the chickens it's using?

My chicken was overcooked. Some pieces were almost black. What meat was left was dried out, cause it was cooked so long. I'm not driving 30 minutes to return, but I know next time not to buy it.
