Incorrect design/rude associate
My daughter and I went in a couple of days ago to order cake for her 17th birthday. We waited for several minutes at bakery counter with the associate never asking us did we need assistance. I had to ask her could she help us and she looked at me with a dirty look. My daughter clearly showed and confirmed the cake she wanted as well as writing out for her clearly in print what it should say and it was still incorrect. The cake design was wrong and her year of birth was reversed. Now management wants me to bring the cake back to determine if we can get refund. Never going to this Walmart again for a custom cake. Lesson to myself to look at the product before leaving the store.
