Can't believe that for how good this product taste and looks it's only $1 ! Great job Walmart bakery team this is a regular item at our house! #iwork4genmills!
This is my bread of choice. I buy a loaf every week. I don't want to tell anyone about it because I don't want to take a chance of it running out.
Walmart makes good bread. Just don't expect it to last long as like others commented, it molds fast, many times before the date stated. Yes, the bread is cheap, yes it is good. But eat it fast. We usually. You will have a hard time finding any bread as good as this, especially at this price. Unfortunately by the time I get to the store they are usually out or only have unsliced loafs left. We purchased a bamboo bread slicer basically for this reason. It's worth it for this bread.
This bread is good toasted or slightly warmed in the microwave. makes great french toast. As soon as you get it home refrigerate.
The bread is very good but it molds so fast, Ive bought it a few times and no matter how i store it it's molded within 3 days even unopened
Always buy this bread if it has 2 days of freshness left due to price and value. However, last 10 loaves had huge air bubbles in middle that ruin the loaf, especially if making sandwiches. Can't understand why Walnart, after making 1000s of loaves, has such a problem!
This bread really does not taste bad for $1. Unfortunately, we have never been able to purchase a full loaf. It seems as though it is about 30 to 40 percent air. This is not a one time thing. It is always like this, sliced or unsliced does not make a difference.
It's good bread, great price and soooo fresh! HOWEVER, within 3 days there is mold/mildew growing on it. Gotta eat it fast or throw it out.
This is good bread. I love that it's fresh and not got all of the preservatives in it. But unfortunately we typically buy the bread to eat sandwiches like tuna salad, chicken salad or egg salad and more than half of the loaf doesn't gets thrown out every week because you can't make sandwiches with huge holes in the bread.
