I am very very picky on Palmiers. I am particular about sweetness, texture, hardness, etc .... These Palmiers are a winner on all fronts. They are excellent for the money ... I have to spend the same amount on a single Palmier (about 3 times the size of these) in a good bakery.
This is an excellent accompaniment to hot coffee or tea, and I wish it was always in stock. It is, historically a French product and the word refers to palms, which is a plant used to celebrate victory. It was a symbol in the 1832 French Revolution in which the aristocrats were succejss successful.. The bakery buy at your local Walmart is my preference over the store-boughten manufactured kind. It's like a small piece of toast that has a very mild asweetnesds to it. Iwill NOT do without this local.product. ù
My favorite cookies to have at breakfast with my coffee. Crispy and flaky butter cookie that leaves you wanting more. I found them a couple years ago, on the wrong shelf, and they quickly became a must have. at breakfast. I must admit I over indulge but they are worth it.
These Palmiers are the closest I can get to an all out dessert, due to health issues. They hit the spot for something mid-afternoon or so, with a cup of tea. I tap some powdered cinnamon on it, and it’s the “cat’s meow!❣️☺️❣️
I love these palmers, but they are kind of expensive. They used to be three and change. It has doubled in price. Can keep purchasing these farmers. It has increased in price double the light in airy and just the right amount of sweet.
Best cookie money can buy, including Oreos for any pastry or any chocolate chip cookie brown or regular butter doesn't matter. This is the best thing you can eat serve and enjoy.
My whole family love these cookies. Not to sweet but just right. My husband does not like sweets but has at least two of these every morning with his coffee!!!!
The Taste is okay the texture was a little firmer than I normally expect, But I would still recommend them to those who need delivery as opposed to going to the stores.
Absolutely disappointed! I received the package not only broken but full of crumps! I took photos and the fact is, i ordered this before however, I don’t know how or who did the shopping but I want my money back I work too hard to get the food I spent money in to receive this inferior quality and service
Called cust svc spoke 2 rep outside USA - spoke 2 teamlead at local Walmart %26 told a 3rd party shopper handled my order %26 they COULD NOT have the missing items redelivered From my last 2 orders Walmart owes me 5 packages of Palimier cookies and 2 pkgs of GV Plain Oatmeal cookies - Me: naturally born USA citizen, purchased from a USA LOCATION, Paid for with USD.... now Walmart does not want to accept responsibility for these issues of my concern. You just may want to add up how much money I spend each year at Walmart and consider what that caliber of customer is really worth to the family of old Sam Walton. I fully expect that my purchases to be delivered. The tried to tell me that these were out of stock.... haaaha ha! Ck yourself... if an item is out of stock you CANNOT order that item. Y'all may be the big bad WALMART... Is this what the fountain of the company was built on? I THINK NOT! Sam Walton must be spinning in his grave! My estimated spending each year is $7200.00. YOU DO THE MATH! How would you feel? Keep this in mind... I can throw money away at ANY merchant. I does not have to be WALMART
