Bread is always fresh. Tastes well with the chicken salad and also alone. The shelf life is pretty low on them but you won't have time looking at that because they'll be gone before you know lol. No filling inside but of course you can butter them up,put filling or place cinnamon sugar or anything on them.
Croissants are fresh..I buy them just to use as snacks as I don't always want a meal..I eat one when I get up as I am usually not very hungry..They are good for dunking in soup or as a small sandwich when sliced open.. Very good tasting so I buy them every time I order food.
MUST heat these a bit or they won't be soft or taste as good. CAUTION: Make sure to store away in a different room than the one you eat them in. Otherwise you're liable to eat the whole container. .......not that I'd know anything about that. For Breakfast: Great with Raspberry or Blackberry Jam. (They don't need any more butter.) For lunch: Slice open and heat a bit Add Great Value sliced Mesquite Smoked Turkey, Great Value Swiss Cheese, a squirt of Great Value Honey Mustard. Add fresh greens/lettuce if you have some on hand. Quick and tasty snack sized sandwiches. Yum.
I think these are slightly better than the Marketside brand, they do seem fresher. I put these in the air fryer alongside a couple eggs, to get it toasted up. I think the only place I get better croissants would be Paris Baguette, not even other real bakeries do as well... The only reason I say it's not a good snack is because of the impact on cholesterol and blood sugar, but that's any croissant.
Y'all… Walmart did their big one with these croissants! Got them delivered for breakfast tomorrow. Opened the bag to ‘just taste' — Next thing I know I ate 3 and had to LEAVE THE KITCHEN 😂 Freshest, flakiest, most buttery croissants ever. Walmart, take a bow! 👏🏾
OMGee, I love these things SO MUCH. They're so tasty I just eat them plain, but they're even better used as bread for a sandwich. I put the whole container they come in into the freezer to keep them fresh as soon as I buy them and they thaw out at room temp and are as fresh as the day I got them. YUMMO. .
Good little treat. Soft, buttery enough, and easy to grab for breakfast or snacks. Kids love them and they disappear fast. Not bakery-level amazing, but definitely good for store-bought. Great for quick mornings or adding to lunches. I end up buying these again.
I love these small croissants. There are usually a dozen in the package and they are always fresh. I cut them in half, brush them with butter, and broil them for a minute or two. I scramble up eggs with sausage and fill them. breakfast for a week! (about 5 eggs and 6 ready to serve frozen sausage links cut in half lengthwise.
These croissants are so tasty! Put them in the microwave for 15 seconds or so and they come out warm and fluffy. They taste so buttery! They come in a 12 package, so I usually put some in the freezer in a ziplock bag. I definitely recommend and these are a great value for the price.
I bought these mini croissants ear a smaller portion than the larger ones. They are good, but the texture and flavor of the mini's are not a pleasing to me as the regular size croissant. They are not as light %26 airy, and don't have a butter-y taste. I'm satisfied with them, but they taste more like a good dinner roll.
