Waste of time and money
Pre order the day before had someone pick it up the chicken was never cooked . Then waited 1 hour for it . This is the second time this has happened. Served it at graduation 🧑🏾🎓 party unfortunately some of the larger pieces were bloody inside.

Chicken was over cooked and dry
I have ordered and served Walmart chicken for large events many times over the years and have been completely satisfied with the quality and taste. However this time the chicken was dry and hard. It seemed like it was made and then reheated in the fryer. I was very disappointed.

Why use scheduled pick up times?
My wife and I ordered Fried chicken for our sons birthday party to be picked up at 3:30, when we went to go pick it up they have not even started deep frying the chicken and we had to wait 30 minutes to wait for the chicken to be ready. Now we have guest arriving to our house with us not being there honestly some of the worst service I've had if you order from them. Make sure you call and remind them that you have an order placed.
