Freshness Guaranteed Special Order Basic Cupcakes, 24 Count

Itvwas my youngest son's 14th birthday and i made an order for a cake and these cupcakes to be delivered. They came early and who ever delivered them took great care with them. Also Whoever worked in the bakery decorated both the cake and the cupcakes. I was overwhelmed with gratitude because i didnt have to get out my stuff and do it. The cupcakes were freah and delicious. They were beautifully decorated.

I really like these cupcakes, I just wish they were available more often when I order them online. They always show available, but the shopper almost always says they're not and replaces them with mini cupcakes. The icing is good, and so is the cake.

wrong cupcakes delivered through curbside delivery. upside down and sideways in the container. the attendendant told me to take them to customer service. customer service stayed on her cell phone the entire encounter. told me the picture on my order was not what i ordered. was a horrible experience. customer service was horrible. do not recommend. cant say enough bad things about it. last time going to walmart. my money spends the same for better customer service

The first batch i received i guess was dropped because there was frosting all over the lid and some cupcakes were on there side . I wouldn't have minded waiting for them to remake but instead they brought them as is . Second batch was perfect

The person who brings the items out knocked over my cupcakes they were turned side ways

the deluvery guy had the cupcakes upside down and sideways. i cant serve them for my grandsons bdsy tommorrow.
