there's no magic bullet to lose weight. I'm doing south beach diet with cardio and have lost 16.5 pounds in a month with substituting these into my diet instead of ice cream or cake or cookies in winter around the holidays. i put 2 spoonfuls of frozen great value lite whip topping between 2 and eat it like an ice cream sandwich with less guilt. I'm a plus size girl that still feels like she's getting a treat. they're also good dipped in sugar free chocolate or banana pudding

These cookies taste home made and are soft baked and delicious. I buy them since I can't have sugar, but they still can spike your blood sugar since the ingredients include maltitol and do not provide much daily fiber. Recommend these cookies following a good fiber rich meal that includes protein. Enjoy!

Since Walmart stopped carrying sugar free cookies, except the bakery ones, this has become the only option. Luckily, my dad, who is diabetic, likes the taste and says they're always soft and fresh. He loves having a cookies with coffee after dinner. Thank you Walmart bakery for making sugar-free options!

Unbelievable sugar free cookies. They are soft, chewy and fantastic in flavor. My son can’t believe they are sugar free! We will definitely buy these again.

As someone who has to watch sugar intake but still wants a treat now and then, these are a good choice for me. I put them into snack bags to help me regulate portions. They taste very good and I enjoy them with a cup of coffee as a snack/treat. I wish Freshness Guaranteed or Marketside offered more "No Sugar Added" items.

cookies taste great and their texture is fine. con.%231: the cookies are, more often than not, all stuck together and require a knife to sperate them. con.%232: the cookies fall apart very easily. con.%233: the cookies are made with maltitol (sweetener) which may lead to gastric distress (diarrhea). Why they don't use Splenda or erythritol is beyond me.

These are not sugar free they have 21 carbs of sugar in them!!!! With 3 grams of fiber making it 18 grams of sugar !!! Per cookie!!! False advertising !!!

I ate 2 yesterday they were ok I got 3 out today I ate 2 I started eating the 3 rd cookie I felt something hard I spit it out it’s a hard clear piece of plastic I’m tossing out the rest because I don’t want to eat plastic pieces hopefully I didn’t already eat some

I was really hopeful about these sugar-free chocolate chip cookies, but unfortunately, they spiked my blood sugar. I’m not sure how that happened, but they definitely don’t seem to be truly sugar-free or at least don’t work for me. If you’re managing blood sugar carefully, I’d be cautious with these. They don’t get my recommendation, and I give zero stars if I could.
