These cookies don't seem to have the crunch or the flakiness of the previous sugar cookies you carried; and I much prefer your cookies with the delicious frosting you sold on the preview pastry!

They were overly hard, brittle cookies. They were just not what we wanted or expected, These are only edible when dipped in coffee or cocoa

Yucky cookies from bakery.
These cookies had a weird taste. Even my grandson, 14yo, who eats all kinds of cookies, wouldn't eat them. 🤢
