Where's my cupcake?
First, who puts this out on the floor. It's literally missing a cupcake. Then the shopper actually uses it as a replacment for the ones that they did not have. And in usual fashion gave me no opportunity to decline the replacement. I will be putting in for a refund. Each time lately it has gotten worse. Do better Walmart.
