These cake or bread slices are delicious. very soft. Have a good vanilla taste, same as the lemon. Banana ones taste just like banana bread. Not too strong which is nice. They smell good too. My Grandma eats one slice of these every single night as a late snack with her milk. She has been buying them for at least 5 years now. she does not like the ones with the frosting because that makes them too sweet for her. Variety of flavors could be a little more but this flavor set is good for her. The shelf life is roughly a week of your lucky but she keeps them in the fridge to stay fresh longer. You can eat these at any time of the day. Good for a party or gathering too if you do not want to bake. One negative part is that these use to have 5 slices of each flavor in them and I think after the pandemic or around 2021, they switched to 4 slices of each flavor.

Pieces are just the right size. There are three flavors of bread. In my apartment complex we have Karaoke once a month with a pot luck and I try to take this package of goodies. The small crowd we get eats almost the entire container and I don’t get to take any home. Great flavor and great price

These little slices of cake were all very delicious without having to buy a whole cake. I put each slice in a separate Ziploc bag and put them in my freezer so I could take one out and thaw it out whenever I was hungry for a little something sweet. I will definitely be buying them again.

I buy these cakes every so often when I see them. There are twelve pieces of pound cake, lemon, vanilla and banana nut. They smelled and tasted fresh and delicious. I put half of them in the freezer for later and some in the refrigerator for afternoon snacks with coffee. They are not overly sugary and do not have icing or filling. The texture is not too dry and the flavors are really good.

I bought this for my husband's birthday because it was the healthiest prepared item out there. It contains less added sugar than all the other prepared cakes. I especially loved the banana bread! It inspired me to make my own banana bread with bananas and Stevia.

The only problem with this item was that non-nut items were packaged with banana nut bread. So the lemon and vanilla cake slices could not be served to anyone with a nut allergy. I had ordered this item to be delivered from the store and hadn’t paid attention to the exact contents.

I do recommend this product if you don’t mind spending a little more money for what you would get. Sometimes one out of two of the flavors is very dry but the other two basically make up for it. I love the lemon bread. It’s absolutely divine. The banana bread is usually the one that is dry, unfortunately but not all the time sometimes you get the moist delicious banana nut bread the vanilla bread always moist always delicious kids love it adult adults too. I recommend if you don’t mind the cost..

I bought these for a brunch when I didn't have time to make everything from scratch. I put them out on a cute plate but didn't try them ahead of time. I noticed afterwards that almost all of them were left, which surprised me. When I tried them I could see why. They were decently moist and a good texture, but the flavor tasted "artificial" and very clearly not made fresh. They were just very blah, and if you are like me and want those extra calories to be worth it, then these are not worth it at all. They are priced all right and might be better with some butter or jam on them, but overall they were pretty disappointing.

Freshness guaranteed variety slice cake arrived at my door with the same day due date. It was not fresh. It was quite stale and Walmart made it very complicated on my refund. I have purchased this before and it was great from the same Walmart and it was very fresh. This was just one of those situations where someone should have taken it off the show and ended up overlooking it.
