My first time ordering this cake through delivery. Honestly, we did not have high expectations for this cake, but as it was a quick last-minute purchase for a birthday. Figured it was better than nothing.... To our surprise the cake held up during the delivery process, the icing itself was very smooth, creamy, and delicious. The cake part itself was surprisingly very moist and delicious. It honestly tasted like it was baked that morning. Will definitely purchase again.

I couldn't get to the store and needed a cake so the next best thing was to order it online. I've never ordered a cake online and was afraid of it getting smooshed somehow, it couldn't have went anymore perfect. The cake arrived on time along with ice cream. I can honestly say, that the cake was so very fresh as if it was just baked, oh so yummy! Even the ice cream was still frozen. I paid my driver very well for a flawless job!☺️

Their custom-ordered cakes are generally moisture and higher quality than the "grab-and-go" cakes sitting on the shelves. ​Cons: The frosting is notoriously sweet—often described as "pure sugar"—and can have a slightly greasy, whipped texture rather than a true butter taste. Quality can be hit-or-miss depending on the specific store's decorator. ​Bottom Line: You get exactly what you pay for. The cake itself is not really sweet, unlike the icing that is pure sugar.But it will do for a large family gathering. Was easy and convenient to get from the store. Price was reasonable for size of cake. No one complained about it, they ate it .

The cake is good. On one of the long sides the whole side of the icing flopped off like a wall that fell over in one long piece. The whole side exposed. I did click return for damage. It v was bad enough when I called to ask if the super could have the lady write on it for Birthday, then so the rest of the v other and come back for v or v like all other shoppers do. They wouldn't do it. It would have taken 1 minutes to ask her and another to pick it up when done. Do better Walmart. Everyone else goes out of their way for their customers. Just sad, I even had the dishes all the manager.

cake was delivered by delivery service for sons bday. Sweet 16 %26 he looks at the date on cake %26 we had less than 24 hrs to consume according to "best if consumed by" label. We decided not to chance it. idk if i would even be writing this review being i sent someone else to pick up the cake, but "Freshness Guaranteed" wàs the deal breaker...

Your frosting was way too sweet and the cake was dry. The frosting was actually just pulling right off of the cake. I don't know how old it was, but it wasn't fresh.

can we lower the amount food coloring? its not necessary. or maybe use natural food dyes?? insanely TOO many sprinkles, made the frosting crunchy. decoration is lacking, even simpler lines of frosting would've looked better. also options to have chocolate cake instead of only white.

This was by far the worst tasting cake I've ever had. It has been many years since I have had cake from Walmart and thought we would take a chance and order one. It looked perfectly fine, but the first two pieces that were cut, both people remarked it had a had weird funny, almost chemical taste. Whatever it was, we threw away the two pieces out and disposed of the rest of the cake. Very disappointed.

the cake itself tasted stale and when it was delivered they frosting around the sides was sliding off and it tasted like oil and water!! it was very unpleasant and yucky!. it was for my youngest childs 8th birthday! He cried and my husband and i ended up going elsewhere for a new cake!! never again unless it is a custom cake
