I love Walmart cake and cupcake but today my cupcakes was dry 😞🤦 them always so good I so disappointed 😔

I had delivery and when I brought in house they were flipped upside down. I may of done it myself. The bag contained celery sticking out of it so I assumed my other produce would be in that bag. NOPE! Celery and cupcakes.

Bad handling
I like the cupcakes, but they are just thrown in the trunk with no care whatsoever, so when I get them home they are sideways and upside down. Makes a mess even getting them out of the container. It used to be that the employees would put the cupcakes and eggs in separate bags and put a "Fragile" label on the handle of the bag. Some would even be nice enough to hand me the bag through the window so I could set them in the seat next to me. Haven't done that in a long time. People just don't care anymore how they do their job.

Cupcakes upside down icing everywhere
Cupcakes were flipped upside down. I sent it on bottom kids did not like that was not happy. Need to learn to pack them in the car right not in the bottom of the bag.

The cake is good, sweet and moist. The blue frosting is horrible! It stained everyone's mouth bright blue AND the kids hands, the counters, the table , the floor, everything they touched was smeared with blue stain.

These were delivered in a horrendous state. The cupcakes were turned in every direction and the package was damaged to the point that the cover was only attached on the opening end.

They are smashed up, can't see the design , they are turnt over inside the container, would post a pic but my camera isn't working on my phone

Not what was pictured and Destroyed
Didn't look anything like the picture they where just plain white and they looked like someone shook the container as hard as they could because everything single cupcake was smashed.

Jacked up cupcakes
I received the wrong cupcakes. Plus they were flipped upside down. These were supposed to be for my sons birthday and now they are ruined and I have to buy new ones.
