This is my favorite cake in Walmart they put their foot in it I was in the Walmart and they had this I bought two and I did a dance the bakery lady said is that your favorite song it was some music on the radio I told her no this is my favorite cake she said I'm glad you love it 💞🔥💞💐

In my opinion Walmart cakes are the best grocery store cakes in town. I usually buy cake slices, bring them home and divide them into fours and freeze. For me that quarter size is perfect for a little sweet without going overboard. The only one I haven't cared for is the carrot variety.

This is just simply a good piece of cake. I grab these often and always have some in my freezer. They have always been very moist as well. I don't eat the ice and I just want the cake but the icing is tasty. They're great to have around when you just get in the mood for a piece of cake.

I am not a very good sweets baker! But your yellow cake with chocolate icing is the best! Its simplicity is it's tasty perfection. Living alone, I don't bake a batch of cookies, whole pie or cake, but that doesn't mean I don't like (Love) one from time to time without the fear of waisted food. Of all the places that sell cake slices, only Walmart seems to consistently top the bar of excellence every time.

This slice of yellow cake with chocolate frosting is just right for the cake crazies cravings! And, tasty, fluffy good texture for the tongue. The four star ratings were for a slight acrid taste as if the baking soda or vanilla, perhaps, did not mix properly. This is the same thing every time I have eaten the yellow cake. I will still order this again and again.

We (my Mother and I; I'm her caregiver) really love this cake. It's (almost) always fresh tasting, with plenty of time left on the Best By date. The fact that you can buy it by the slice is perfect for people like my Mother, who only want cake once in a while, but when she does, she REALLY does, lol. I usually buy a few, in different flavors, to put in the freezer. I just thaw in the fridge and they're just as good as when it came from the store. The only negative I have is probably a person rather than packaging issue, but when your cake arrives upside down and it's obvious it's been tumbling around in either a buggy or trunk like someone had it in a dryer, it's hard to care why when you're trying to scrape enough frosting off the inside to refrost your slice. But, that aside, the cake is really good and I'd recommend giving it a try.

My favorite cake ever was a yellow cake with homemade fudge icing my Grandma taught me to make %26 my mom would sometimes make for my birthday. The icing isn't hard like fudge like my Grandma's was but it's good. Best to pick up in store if you plan on serving to others as it is usually toppled 100 different ways if delivery until icing is on the top of the container. It has a consistent flavor and super most cake. You won't (or shouldn't..lol) eat all of it in one serving… It's easily 2 I just wish it would stop going up in price like everything else but if I'm looking to splurge in the bakery, this is def a delicious go-to. I've bought it numerous times.

My granddaughters and I love this yellow cake with chocolate icing from the bakery at Walmart. We order it every week but in the past 2 weeks our store has been out of stock with this cake. I surely hope theyre not discontinuing on carrying it anymore.

Some flavors can transport you back to the first time you tried it. That's what this cake dose, I am right back down south at Grandmother's having her delicious yellow cake with chocolate frosting, no matter how I try, I can't get my cake to taste so good and moist and fresh, it has that special something. I always yell out a thank you for Walmart!

This is a very good tasting slice of cake. This is yellow cake with the chocolate icing, but they also have the chocolate cake with chocolate icing. When I would visit a friend of mine, I used to bring this over to her as it make a really yummy snack. The taste is very fresh, very good, and I always enjoy it. I do refrigerate it when I get it home.
