I hate taking protein powder. When I found these I was exited to try them, I love this product. My son has been cramping up, I had him try these and surprisingly he's cramping went away.

* Frezzor Collagen Protein 90 Capsules * When I take collagen, I normally only take Type I, II, and III because that's all I can afford. When I got the opportunity to try Frezzor's Collagen Protein from New Zealand and was 100% grass fed beef bone broth collagen, I jumped on it! It has Collagen I, II, III, V, VI, VII, and IX. That is more than I could ever hope to find in one capsule and not taking multiple brands of different capsules to get it. * Packaging and Performance * The black and gold packaging is very nice looking. The suggested use is three capsules a day or more as needed. I only took three a day, and I noticed my skin softening even more than normal with my other collagen. I had only been taking collagen for several months off and on, but I did notice a difference with plumping of my thinning lips from age and fine lines on my upper lip that is mostly gone now with Frezzor's Collagen as I have pointed out in my picture. I am approaching my 55th birthday in March, and as you can see in my picture, my face has relatively no age lines especially around my eyes or and any I had are being filled back in by the collagen giving me back my youthful look I once had. * Conclusion * I highly recommend Frezzor Collagen Protein 90 Capsules from New Zealand as it has collagen types I, II, III, V, VI, VII, and IX all in one capsule, and you don't have to buy several different types to find them all. That gets very expensive that way, plus it may not be as good as this brand. I saw fast results and am very pleased. This is very good for your joints too.

Everyone is different with respect to how supplements impact them. I've had a couple of recent surgeries on shoulder and knee and am trying to do everything I can to encourage healing and regrowth. I had been drinking hot bone broth but decided to add collagen into the mix. I have not noticed any side effects taking one capsule 3 times a day. The manufacturer seems to have a very good story and care about quality and sourcing. With most supplements they take differing amounts of time to work on different people so if you decide to try it, give it a few works before deciding.

I received this bottle of Frezzor Bone Broth Collagen & Protein capsules a week and a half ago. I started taking three a day, and one of the first things that I noticed was that I didn't get nauseous after taking the first one in the morning on an empty stomach. I always get nauseous after taking any supplement on an empty stomach so I was surprised that this product didn't upset my stomach. After a few days, I also noticed that the arthritis in my finger joints seemed to be easing off a bit. I haven't taken any other pain medication so I can only assume this supplement is helping with the relief I'm experiencing. I haven't noticed any difference in my hair, skin or nails but I haven't really taken this supplement long enough to see results in those areas. If the only effect I receive from this product is joint relief, I will be more than satisfied and will purchase this product again and again. I would recommend Frezzor Bone Broth Collagen Protein capsules to my friends and family for joint pain relief.

I ordered the FREZZOR Bone Broth Collagen Protein Capsules Supplements for Joint, Skin, Hair and Nail Support as sort of a "one pill fix a few things" solution and I got more than I anticipated. I had first read some information online prior to ordering and I was a little concerned with the difference in ingredients versus what I had been taking for my joints and my skin, hair and nails. But the package included a brochure containing additional information as well as more about their other supplements. I did have some concerns with allergic reactions but taking them for about a week now with my other daily supplements I have had no negative reaction so far. These supplements are clearly produced with a healthier lifestyle in mind and I look forward to seeing the results.

It is a good product without any aftertaste.

There are a lot of interesting ingredients (Proprietary blend) in this. Easy to take but it's hard to know how much collagen is in this. It is the full spectrum of the types of collagen but nothing indicates how strong or how much (in US terms anyway!)

I added the collagen protein to my daily intake of vitamins. I haven't seen too big of a difference, but it has only been a few weeks and I am looking for long term results. They are coated capsules which are super easy to swallow. No vitamin smells. Very pleased so far.

I have not noticed any physical or body changes since I have been taking this. You have to take three of these caplets every day. I'm used to taking supplements, but these pills constantly stick in my throat, so I have had to only take one at a time where normally I can at least take two. I feel that it's hard for them to go down. I don't know if it's because of the coating or not, but I have had a problem swallowing these. Stuff like this usually takes about three months to notice a difference, so I will have to wait and see. I love that these are non-GMO, and that they are organic.

The dosage is three capsules daily, or more if you need it. I did not want to take more, so I did not. I expected this to provide the same kind of pain relief as glucosamine/chondroitin. It does not. I did not get any real joint relief. I will not be taking this again.
