Works great! Terrible taste!
They don't taste good but I truly do feel like they helped me slightly increase and maintain a good milk supply! The taste is rough!!

I started taking these and noticed such an increase in my milk supply. I have used alot of different supplements before, and these work the best.

Good for supplementing
I used these for months and noticed a difference right away (maybe after a few days of use) that I was getting better letdown. The flavor isn't great but also not terrible. If you need a little boost these are fantastic.

strong smell and taste
i didnt like the taste nor the smell, and i didn't notice a difference in milk production. however, i only took them for a few days because the taste was difficult to tolerate.

The taste is not all that great. The gummies didn't make a difference for me personally. Staying hydrated did.

OH MAN THESE TATSE AWFUL! the texture is kinda grainy but the tatse and smell is pretty awful, im still going to choke them down for my 1week old because i have to, i hope these help with milk supply but we shall see!! only on day 1, i will update my review in a few days.
