My favorite product to use out of the kit was the nipple cream since chafing is a thing. This cream was effective in clearing up all redness and sensitivity after regular and consistent applications. Overall, all of the products are necessary while breastfeeding and I couldn't be happier with Frida and the way the company cares so much about mothers and babies!

hands free but really the cream was just like regular lanolin cream. the spray is just saline spray and I could have bought both of them separately from different brands and it would have been cheaper....
