A great movie about a football team. Billy Bob Thorton gave a spectacular performance as the team coach. Thumbs up!

Love this coming of age saga of small-town Texans through the eyes of the players, coach and families. Memorable characters; heart warming story. Set the stage for the television series that followed. Great for the entire family.

Good buy - definitely PG-13
Be cognisent of the age of who you want to watch this. Strong language and sexual situations. But over all a good - realistic football movie.
