Friday the 13th Crochet Kit for Beginners

I have never crocheted a day in my life, so was a little bit worried I wouldn't pick this up. I did, and I was able to follow the instructions easily enough, was a very fun project for a first time crocheter. The packaging arrived a bit damaged, luckily the items inside were perfectly fine. The yarn seems durable enough, my little Jason looks as cute as I thought he would.

This is a fun gift for a horror and crotchet lover. I don't think this is meant for beginners, as the instructions are geared towards seasoned crotchet enthusiasts. The quality is great and it is lightweight for easy shipping or storage. Everything needed is in the package.

This is NOT for kids lol it requires a lot of patience as an adult. It comes with all of the tools needed, yarn, stuffing and instructions! The quality seems good for the price. I think this will be a good way to help me learn how to pick up a new hobby.

Easy to follow instructions for beginners smaller than expected but still cute can with the stuffing to add to complete the plumpness also came with the needle to crochet over all was pretty easy and fun to do

This was a fun crochet project. I did have an issue with the instructions as the guide for the kit had abbreviations. The instructions said magic ring or mr but the abbreviation list was listed as magic circle or mc. So that was confusing. The kit did cone with everything needed for this creation and was overall easy to make. I will be using this as a Halloween decoration. The pattern was easy and it contained the correct amount of materials to complete with a little left over. The quality was nice and the finished piece matching the images on the box.

This crochet activity is advertised for beginners, however upon opening the box there are a lot of things to know and read before getting started. The directions don't have any photos of the types of actions this activity requires which was a downside to the activity. It was a cute activity night for me with a scary movie however I feel as if the directions could have been designed better for an easier understanding. The material are perfect for the task though as they have everything you need and everything seems in decent quality and is packaged in an easy organized way. No tangled yarn or missing parts.

I was so excited at the thought of being able to crochet this little kit! Upon opening, I realized you should probably have basic knowledge of crochet to even be considered a beginner. I appreciated the instructions inside & the abbreviations, even though I was at a loss. The yarn & needles included seemed of good quality. I would have loved a step by step "how to" instruction pamphlet to be included. Hoping to learn asap, so I can be considered a beginner and complete this kit!

It has a fun concept and the finished project looks great for horror fans, but it wasn't as beginner friendly as expected. Some of the instructions were a little confusing, especially for someone new to crochet, and a few steps could have used clearer photos or explanations. The materials included were decent quality, though, and it was still enjoyable once I got the hang of it. Overall, it's a good kit for patient beginners or intermediate crafters who like horror themed projects.

For starters, this kit is not for beginners. There is a note that states that…on the back…in small letters. It would be helpful if this was placed bigger and preferably on the front. The instructions are hard to follow and understand sometimes. The yarn is of poor quality. It unthreads and catches itself the more you work with it. There is no stitch marker included. The finished product isn't too bad looking. Though I personally would add stuffing to both pieces not just the mask. Overall, not as fun as I hoped it would be.
