5000 BTU not strong enough for when it gets hot.
NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH FOR EVEN VERY SMALL FLORIDA BEDROOM WHEN I GET'S IN THE 90'S. GET THE 8000 BTU MODEL\n\nDoes fine at night, but can't keep up in Florida summer heat even maxed out with fans running.\n \nFairly well made, but has annoying issues. Only average for noise, only works on 2.4 gig wifi, remote not backlit. Annoying internal vibration rattle which I can't find the source of. Not sure there is any such thing as a quiet ""window shaker"", some are just louder than others.\n\nHad high hopes, but only rate it as average.\n\nDespite this am returning it for the 8000 BTU Model. \n\n

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN THIS ITEM SINCE 5/13/25 !!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A RETURN LABLE TO BE SENT TO MY EMAIL FROM WALMART SINCE 5/13/25!!!!!!!!!!!! SO DONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible , don't waste your money
I was excited to receive this AC simply because of it having a feature to turn it off and on with my phone . This unit is highly disappointing, it leaks and it does not cool my tiny bedroom space !! I can't even return it because I threw out the box . I was confident that I wouldn't need it and clearly that was a huge mistake ! Waste of money
