Friedrich Chill Premier 10,000 BTU Wi-Fi Controlled Window Air Conditioner

After having the worst experience with BEST BUY consumers-Walmart was probably the best choice I ever made. AC came in two days, cost alot, but I am extremely grateful. Works Great and I downloaded the app on my phone so when I come from work my air is fluctuating great!

This a excellent Window A/C. It works wonderfully and gets the temp down Fast Fast Fast. Easy to install with excellent instructions and easy to use and see controls w/remote. Those controls are a little on the bright side for us in the bedroom, but a small towel taped over them lets up flip it up to change the control and keeps the LED's dimmed. Perrfeckt for us.. The only thing some my find as a negative is the fan noise. That's because it is blowing some Cold out cooling down the air, again Fast Fast Fast. Even on low it is getting it. So it is a little on the High Db level side, but we have gotten used to that in just a couple days. So it you want and Excellent A/C that can keep a room Chilled as the name implies this is a Great Buy. I now own 2 window units of this brand and the 24,000 Btu keeps the rest of the house in Chill Factor Cool at 76 degrees and folks it is almost to Cool even at that setting. Sucks out humidity with no problems and if set on Dry it can make your skin that way it will remove so much moisture from the air.. (at least the wife says so anyway) Have not owned a better set of window A/C's like these in a long long time. Need a Window A/C don't hesitate on getting the Best > 'Friedrich'. PS: Both units are the R32 refrigerant. We have found for us in Texas Heat and Humidity R320 or others are not near as good keeping you cool. But Friedrich knows people have preferences so they come in Both Types. Happy Cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does it's job well and efficient, cools the room without any additional noise. There is no smell, just cool air. Worth every penny and much better than any basic store brand (which we had for years...will necer go back). It was a bit much to install the window brackets (for the extra support). They instructed you to literally remove the machine from the shell, which was wild. Thankfully my husband is extremely handy so it only took 30 minutes to install, so beware you may need help with that. Other than that there are no negative complaints. I really like how it connects to wifi so I can turn it on and cool or just remove humidity from anywhere. The remote is an added bonus too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC came packaged very securely. I live in a house with one wall unit in the living room so it's really hard to cool off the bedrooms. It cools off a medium sized bedroom decently well, but anything larger would be pushing the limits. I love that it has a remote included so you can change it from your bed. It was easy enough to install given my husband is handy, but someone with no knowledge might struggle a little bit.

This came at perfect timing for this hot Texas summer. I have a two story house with an open floor plan. The upstairs doesn't get cool enough though. I had a friend help me install this in the window upstairs of my media room which is an open loft to the downstairs. It's helped cool off the hot air that rises upstairs and hasn't t raised my electric bill too much since I'm not overworking my central air. Sometimes you just need a little extra A/C help and this did the trick. Awesome A/C! The price is very affordable too!

Our sun room was an add on, so it does not get any of the central air, and this was just the thing to make that room better in the summer. It is powerful, easy to use (the remote control is great!), and very sleek looking. Installing it in the window got a little tricky because of the way our still is, but there was enough included insulation to make it work. All in all, it is amazing!
