The disc for season 7 8 and the final disc with the finale for season 10 were scratched season 7 was nearly unwatchable 8 not as bad and well 10 never was able to be read by my Series X or portable dvd player… i have since exchanged them and the second set wasn't as bad but still had disc that fell out of its place…

I only made the purchase because it was advertised to deliver in time to be a gift. I was never contacted regarding any changes, I simply receiving a shipping notification with "sorry, your order shipped and will arrive late." The advertised delivery was 3 days, but it will actually be 6. I should have been offered an option to cancel the order if delivery was going to be that much different than what was advertised. It's not an unreasonable shipping time frame, they just should not have mislead customers with advertisements of better.

There is a defect with these DVDs with the sound. The music track is there but no vocal. That means you do not hear any dialogue. I received a set and every episode on the 1st disc had no sound. On the 2nd disc the first episode worked but other episodes did not. Walmarts promptly sent out another box. Same issue. Both boxes were delivered from the store to my house. The second box was returnable to Walmart. For some reason the first box needed to be returned thru a FedEx store. Walmart refunded me so they're wonderful. But these DVDs are not useable.

Great show! Poor Packaging. I purchased this boxset as a gift for my wife whom has been a long-standing fan of the show. She was so excited the day that she got it, she decided to ignore the fact that it had a ding on the bottom of the box. All was going smooth, until she got to disc five. About twenty minutes in, it began to skip and wont play. The same is true for three other discs! This is obviously handling damage and I would not expect that Walmart would be on the hook for it. I am simply writing this in hopes that it may cause some reconsideration for packaging standards. These small parcel carriers don't know and don't care what is inside of a box they have to deliver. Please package customer orders with that in mind. This gift is going to cost me double now!

This was returned right away and nothing was opened and I still have not received the refund.

Most of the DVDs skip and have issues.
