Frigidaire 10,000 BTU 115-Volt Window Air Conditioner with Remote, WIFI, White, FHWW102WCE

Works so much better than my 8000btu I had. Didnt realize it would make that much of a difference but it did and the price is right on it. Love that I can be at work and turn it on an hour before I get there through my phone so the room will be nice and cool

I really like this window AC. Currently using it to cool my bedroom in our houses attic space. It cools super fast and the Wi-Fi connection makes it super easy to turn on from a distance so the room is cool by time time I get home. I also love the eco mode on this unit. It turns off once the room reached the desired temp to save energy. It also comes with a handy little remote I use to adjust while I'm sitting at my desk working from home!

This unit was easy to install- no bump on the bottom that makes it hard to slide in and adjust. It also isn't really as heavy as my last(Same btu) unit. My mom and I installed this fast and the temperature in my house went from 83 to 70 in about an hour. Works perfect for a single wide trailer if you leave doors open like I do all the time.

I got this air conditioner for my brother and he's really enjoying it a lot. It installed in the window perfectly (They have wooden windows so yrmv) The cooling capacity and features that it comes with can't be beat while also being a trusted name brand. It came with a remote but you can also easily control the unit from your phone which is a really nice feature. Very happy with this A/C unit. Sorry for the poor photo it's the only one I have in my phone right but I can say it's a really nice looking unit. I would buy it again if I needed AC somewhere else.

Cools off my house, upstairs and down. Powerful. Fits great in the window. Quiet and the remote it small and easy to use. I downloaded the app and hooked it up to the wifi , its very easy to use and is a great feature to have when you want to cool off the house before you come home. It came with installation foam for a sealed fit. Instructions were easy.

ac unit works just fine. The remote didn't. Called Frigidaire service department and was told to go to Walmart where I purchased to try an get a new remote. When I asked to speak to a supervisor it all changed, but I still haven't gotten a call from her supervisor yet and I really don't think there will be. I'm going to have to call again.

Cools well, but the vent holes on the sides and top exterior are wide open, not slanted. After the first time it rained, I turned it on and water sprayed out. I had to pull the AC out and tilt it over to drain the massive amount of water inside.

The Frigidaire air conditioner is defective I got one, than a replacement both are defective and no one will help you they just want to keep sending replacements. they want even get a technician to fix it. DO NOT buy this air conditioner

This item appeared to be used and reboxed. When I set it up and turned it on, immediately there was a strong fish smell blowing out of it. I let it continue to run to see if it was temporary. After about fifteen minutes to a half an hour, the fish smell was gone and a musty smell took its place. The musty smell smells like my old air conditioner after a full summer of use. When I opened the item the top bar that you usually have to attach with screws was already attached. I assumed this was just the way it came. I do believe they sent me a refurbished or used item, though when I called Walmart Customer Service they said it was new. They did offer to schedule a pick up and to send a new one. It is a large unit, I am dreading attempting to rebox it for shipping pick up...this has left me out $300 and in an impossible situation.
