I bought this fridge several months ago for a basement suite kitchenette. It is very good quality. No useless bells and whistles, just straightforward and functional. I had to change the doors to open from the opposite side and it was very easy.
We bought this last month for our downstairs apartment and we are very happy with the size and the look
I've had this fridge for over a year now, it has worked wonderfully for the small property it is on.
I bought this fridge about 3 weeks ago and it's been a nice experience compared to the old one. I also got help with taking away the old one.
I purchased this refrigerator recently and I am very happy with it. I am especially pleased with its size - it fits perfectly in the kitchen of my small bungalow.
When my former fridge conked out, wanted a replacement with similar dimensions (apartment sized counter depth) to fit the existing cabinetry. This fridge is in ski condo as opposed to primary residence, so is perfect size for occasional use. It is a basic fridge with more generous freezer space than others, yet fridge space is fully adequate. Didn't want any water dispenser or ice maker cuz they tend to fail and didn't want to worry about that.
With a larger size freezer, the fridge area is much lower, so one has to bend to access even the first shelf. (I'm now only 5 ft.) Had I known this, I would have ordered a bottom freezer instead. I just took overall measurements to fit. (OK if not an issue.)
So far so good. Freezer temperature is a little low even on maximum. Sitting at -14C. Should be a little colder.
Immediately after purchase I noticed food at the back of the fridge freezing up. About a year after purchase, there was excess condensation building up in the freezer. I tried everything to troubleshoot but the problem only got worse. The temperature control knob snapped off and the condensation caused the freezer to make an incredibly loud noise that kept us awake at night. The unit ultimately failed 26 months after purchase, ruining everything inside and having no warranty coverage. What an incredible waste of money.
Sadly, my experience is identical to the one below. After under two years the freezer is extremely cold (below -25C) whole the fridge stays at +12 degrees. There is no airflow into the fridge from the freezer despite the freezer being empty and when attempting to turn the freezer down the dial snapped off leaving me fridgeless and frustrated.
