Frigidaire 12,000 BTU 115-Volt Window Air Conditioner with Remote, WIFI, White, FHWW122WCE

This unit keeps my 400 square foot apartment very cool. Love everything about this air conditioner! Nice remote, has a smart app program and it's not too loud. Highly recommend this unit and it's worth the asking price.

It easily cools a large area. I have it in a front window and it cools that front room and the dinning room and kitchen in the back of the house. I have it set for 73 on the energy saving mode and even with outside temps in the high 90s it keeps it cool without running nonstop. This is not a quiet unit. The fan blows pretty loudly but doesnt drown out the TV

we have about a 550 sq foot apartment and it does a great job cooling the entire place. we also have a 5000 btu for the bedroom but only cuz we like it REALLY cold while we sleep. this ac unit has been awesome. also being able to control the unit from my phone while I'm at work is pretty cool.

I love that this model has a vent switch. My old model doesnt have a choice. I prefer one that closes especially in winter. Also this model is very quiet and cold. So it is perfect in my kitchen. Can not wait to test it during canning. It took several weeks for my son to come and lift it into the window for me. But we have not had a lot of really hot days in North Georgia yet. I am really amazed at how quiet this AC is.

Arrived today a little dented but we installed it anyway. Installing took about 30 minutes between me and my wife. Weighs about 70lbs which I could lift myself. It is pretty powerful and cold the living room very quickly. Haven't tried the Wi-Fi yet but setup instructions looks really easy.

We wanted a bigger unit. Our other one was 8,000 btu. This one is 12,000 but. It no where as cool as our 8,000. Very dissatisfied with this unit. Brand new it should be blowing ice cold not cool. Also the box was in great condition but when we opened it the outside back was scratched up on the metal vents. I do not recommend this unit. We will be returning it. Not out to waste $400.00

We replaced our 12,000 btu a/c with this one. My room used to always be cold. Now its not. I can feel the cold air if I stand in front of it, but doesn't cool the room off at all. Purchased before the summer so I'm stuck with it. So disappointed. Even tried looking at the booklet as I thought maybe we did something wrong, but its the unit.

It runs good at a low speed but as soon as you put it on med or high it sounds like a loud motorcycle. The temperature has been in the upper 100s. Our local walmart was out of stock so i ordered online. They will not alow me to return at my local store, I'd have to ship back and in the meantime i would be without an ac all together. I just have to run it at low speed. This has been so stressful. I paid alot for it and it isnt working right.

I first purchased a 10,000 btu window unit at the Hudson Oaks, TX store. I brought it home and took the top cover box off the unit to discover damage to the condenser coil frame and dissipation fins. I returned it and a day or two later I ordered a 12,000 unit on the net. It showed up on time and the delivery guy set it inside my garage and disappeared. I opened it and the frame around the compression coil was bent. I returned it to the Hudson Oaks store. I guess I will try one more time because of the rating. Who knows, maybe I will get one undamaged. Note: I never really got to answer you questions with qualification but did provided an answer to get this mail to transmit.
