Frigidaire 12,000 BTU 115-Volt Window Air Conditioner with Remote, WIFI, White, FHWW122WCE

So far Im very pleased with this air conditioner. Time will tell.

This unit keeps my 400 square foot apartment very cool. Love everything about this air conditioner! Nice remote, has a smart app program and it's not too loud. Highly recommend this unit and it's worth the asking price.

It easily cools a large area. I have it in a front window and it cools that front room and the dinning room and kitchen in the back of the house. I have it set for 73 on the energy saving mode and even with outside temps in the high 90s it keeps it cool without running nonstop. This is not a quiet unit. The fan blows pretty loudly but doesnt drown out the TV

I love that this model has a vent switch. My old model doesnt have a choice. I prefer one that closes especially in winter. Also this model is very quiet and cold. So it is perfect in my kitchen. Can not wait to test it during canning. It took several weeks for my son to come and lift it into the window for me. But we have not had a lot of really hot days in North Georgia yet. I am really amazed at how quiet this AC is.

Arrived today a little dented but we installed it anyway. Installing took about 30 minutes between me and my wife. Weighs about 70lbs which I could lift myself. It is pretty powerful and cold the living room very quickly. Haven't tried the Wi-Fi yet but setup instructions looks really easy.

Ordered this to replace a 12,000 btu Frigidaire unit about twelve years old. Lighter (still solid); much more esthetically pleasing appearance; quieter; cools room pretty quickly; controls are simple and remote works fine. Also, cost was almost the same as that long ago... So far, so good...

Package arrived in fairly good shape, but it was on it's side and I literally heard the delivery driver drop it on the cement porch . Once unpackaged, there is a small dent on the back left corner, only cosmetic, so I can live with that. During installation, we discovered there was a part missing; a long 't' strip that runs along each side to attach the accordion panels to the unit. The unit itself runs great! It began cooling down my upstairs almost immediately. I will update my 4 rating after I see what kind of CS Frigidaire has when I ask them to please replace the missing part.

Arrived on the scheduled delivery date. Did not take out of the box until the day after. The unit was dented right out of the box. I could have gotten a rejected one or damaged in shipping. Decided to install it instead of returning as I did not want to be aggravated. The design has nice clean lines. the set up was easy and connected to the wifi with no problems. The unit got the room cooled to the desired temp but the real test will be on a hot summer day. The eco auto modes works pretty well and it looks great in the window. I never liked an air condition unit hanging out the window but can live with this. Our area is open concept and as mentioned will see how it cools on a hot summer day

We wanted a bigger unit. Our other one was 8,000 btu. This one is 12,000 but. It no where as cool as our 8,000. Very dissatisfied with this unit. Brand new it should be blowing ice cold not cool. Also the box was in great condition but when we opened it the outside back was scratched up on the metal vents. I do not recommend this unit. We will be returning it. Not out to waste $400.00

I bought this in June 2021, in store. I really hate the way they force you to use their app for some of the controls. It's only a year old and already I hear what sounds like bearing noise when the compressor kicks in. Out last Frigidaire lasted 15 years. On this one I've got my fingers crossed after one. I can't recommend it.
