I am sorry for my other review. After I calmed down, I called customer service. Muhammad(? sp) helped me tremendously !!! Walmart will work through a special circumstances look at a possible return for me. Life lesson. READ the return window and try to act calm while working it out. Great A/C, highly recommend.
The item arrived quickly, and was in perfect condition. The installation instructions were easy to follow, and the AC has been working great for close to a month now. The sleep and eco features are great to have.

Tenants love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My apt tenants in CA love the Frigidaire wall-unit A/C over the LG. Both offer 12k BTU and 230V with remote, but they prefer the look of the Frigidaire AC.

Decent Air Conditioning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AC is moderately quiet (in comparison to my previous in-wall AC). The remote is very nice, and the automatic options are good (i.e the "sleep" or "eco" modes). If the AC would be just about 10 to 15 decibel quieter (especially for those with light sleep) it would be a 5 stars in my opinion and perfect. Apart from that, this a very good AC. It is pretty heavy though. Greatly recommend having a second hand to help you carry it and install it.

DOA after 2.5 years
Compressor failed after 2.5 years. Could not get anyone to even come and look to fix it. Frigidaire had a bunch of repair places on their site for my area. Two of them the phone was disconnected. The place where I bought it (PC Richards) informs me that there are no parts for repair from the manufacturer. Disappointed as I always thought Frigidaire was a good brand...until this experience
