[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace one that quit. It was very easy to install, the installation literature was easy to understand and follow and the unit is working great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does a pretty good job of cooling off about 800 square feet, I use a fan to draw cool air to the room farthest away from Air conditioner. A/C in 20 X 20 Living dining area. Fan is at opening to hallway that leads to bedroom. It may be that in future will install a through the wall unit in Master bedroom.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had bought it sooner. It replaces a 49 year old Frigidaire unit which still worked perfect,y well but was fat from energy efficient. This one will cut my electricity bill and give me some added wonderful features. Am de,ughted with the purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My landlord got this unit to replace my previous in-window one (which I think was an older version of the same unit) -- it is FANTASTIC for cooling my studio/junior one-bedroom. I was also very impressed with the remote, I had expected that since there aren't clear sight-lines from the sleeping alcove to the unit I wouldn't be able to adjust the temp from bed, but it picks it right up. The "Dry" setting was also wonderful for those uncomfortable humid days. Would buy for my own place in the future!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit to replace an older Frigidaire unit that was at least 15 years old. This one was a quarter of the weight, lager by 2000 BTU and SO much quieter! And, it is much more efficient! In fact, my electricity usage has gone down, while being able to cool the additional 120 sq ft of living space in the 3 season porch! I highly recommend this unit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice, very low noise, keeps living room kitchen and hallway cooled off all day Bought to replace an older model purchased 10 years ago and that was used throughout all 4 seasons due to a person in the house with thyroid disease.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 6 weeks ago and can not wait to cool off our apartment on those steamy summer 2020 days. Frigidaire is the true standard when it comes to ALL our household products. Keep up the great work of producing high quality items. Thank you very much :-)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago to replace an old Friedrich wall AC. Dimensions were slightly different than my previous AC but it fit perfectly in the window sleeve. Noise level is about average for an AC of this type but it is quieter than the one it replaced. It cools pretty quickly and has enough cooling power for my living/dining area.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been through many of these u it's over the past 30 years. We keep going back when we need to replace them because they work so well and are pretty much perfect for our home. While we keep reading about different units that claim to be quieter or stronger or fit better these are the ones we end up with each time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using our new a/c for about a month. Cools down our first floor nicely. The thermostat is about 2 degrees different than the temp on the remote but that could be due to different locations of the two. It's easy to correct, so not a big deal
