Overall, we are sooo happy with our purchase. It is hands down the best dehumidifier we have purchased in a long time b/c we have had our share of machines. The app is a wonderful feature. We love how it enables us to observe and compared the different variables (I.e. humidity over time) so we can we adjust our settings depending on the time of day and the weather at that moment. Though it resides in our basement it is so quiet and quite possibly the best purchased we have made in a very long time. Thank you 😊

What a difference.. apartment smells fresh, im not sweaty Wish I got one sooner!! bit of an issue to setting up wifi... you will need to change your wifi gateway to security compatible to wep 2. one of the wep 3 settings will automatically downgrade so you want that setting. Ask google ai.. it'll walk you through it.

Thus heavy duty unit is working well removing the humidity from our basement. I have it set to drain on its own. I would like it even more if it was whisper quiet. I was surprised how heavy it was so it is well built. My last dehumidifier ( not frigidaire) quit after 2 years. Here is hoping this unit lasts longer.

I bought the Frigidaire 50 Pint Built-In Pump dehumidifier because my previous dehumidifier had been constantly malfunctioning: its coils would freeze very often and seemingly for no reason. This doesn't happen with my new Frigidaire machine. It just keeps doing its job.

Bought to replace smaller machines that had died. This machine has in just a few weeks far exceeded any other smaller machine I have had. It may be a bit bigger than the counter top I had before but it's still compact enough to fit comfortably in the space I have.

Great dehumidifier ! Works amazing well with the WiFi app although it's difficult to connect. . It reduces and maintains low humidity quickly . I would suggest that the app have the ability with a light to let you know when it turns off and when it turns back on when it's in Auto mode ! If WiFi isn't connected it doesn't tell you which is an app issue. Water removal is really easy and is capable operating many hours ! It works great for a large basement with high humidity ! Timer is also an amazing good feature ! Frigidaire is an awesome brand .

I purchased this about a month ago and am extremely pleased with it. It's relatively quiet and based on my humidistat, fairly accurate. While not terribly user friendly, I like the ability to control it with my phone. The holding tank isn't as large as that on my old whirlpool, and I have to empty it at least once a day, but that's not a deal-breaker. I'd give it 4.5 stars out of 5.

Works well, have it set to auto in our main living/kitchen area where there is the most humidity. It's a little louder than our last one (which was a different brand that stopped working after a year), and if we have people over I may need to turn it off. So depending where you put it, it's something to keep in mind. It's not excessively loud, but a little louder. If it lasts longer than our last one it will prove superior.

I was having trouble breathing because of the high dewpoint outside and the humidity. I decided to get this to reduce the humidity in my house, but it puts out so much heat out of the side that it was defeating the purpose of the window air conditioner. It's not working out as well as I thought it would.

I carefully followed all the instructions to connect the garden hose and operate the unit in continuous drain mode, but it still did not work. The water continued to collect in the bucket instead of draining through the hose. I contacted Frigidaire Support for assistance, but they were unable to determine the cause of the problem. After doing my own research online, I discovered that Part EA155D was missing from the package. I am very disappointed with this experience. The missing part prevented the unit from functioning as advertised and caused me considerable frustration and inconvenience.
