Frigidaire 18,800 BTU Window Room Air Conditioner with Supplemental Heat 208/230V up to 1,050 Sq Ft, White

This is the same model air conditioner from Frigidaire as a replacement for my old unit. It keeps the large room cool in the hot summers and warm in the cold winters. It lasted for 8 years before having to replace the unit due to something wrong with the heating element. It smelled like something burning, then the unit popped loudly and the house breaker flipped. I have just received this new one and had it installed. I might write something later after I have had it a while.

There is no dislikes with this air condition. I am so pleased and thankful to have received this air condition. I give this air condition five stars. It was very easy to install an after the installation, it cooled the room off within 2 to 3 minutes. It was so quiet until I didn't think it was on, but I can feel it cooling off the room. Thank you again.

I have had it for about two or three months and so far I am very happy. My electric bill has even dropped with this AC and has been exceptionally hot. I can't wait until winter to see how it does with heater.

less than 3 mos old started struggling and making horrible noise outside, I have been working with Manafactor for over a week, and no repairmen in my area, plus Walmart will not return it. I am a 79-year-old widow, and not a good situation for me

it was obviously dropped on its end. and has significant damage. i don't know if it was dropped before it shipped or if the shipper dropped it. But either way l am very disappointed.
