The oven has a lot of different cook modes and we've tried a few. I was skeptical that they'd make a difference but can say that each one has resulted in excellent results. Glass top is also very easy to clean. The large boil burner ring large pots of water to a boil quickly for pasta etc. Overall very happy with our purchase
I love the look and controls. The drying upgrade to the older model is great. I did try and I install it myself and I was pretty challenged by the old copper piping but found a workaround with a flexible metal hose with couplings I bought from my local hardware store. Still, a plumber might have been as costly as the unit itself. The new dishwasher rough-in distance had changed leaving my pipe hangin. No problemo.
Had a limited budget and this dishwasher had good reviews. I also found it available in a higher end appliance store that I had purchased appliances from in the past. Based on my past experience with them, they are carrying the product because in their experience it is a good product. I've been using it for a month now, no problems, no complaints.
Replaced our older dishwasher with this one, and what a difference in cleaning performance. It's so quiet compared to what we are used to, we love it. The dishes come out sparkling clean. A great buy if you need something that cleans well, nothing fancy , at a great price point.
Bought this dishwasher to replace an older machine that had stopped working This machine is quiet and does the job It looks great with its stainless door front Lots of room inside for even my largest pots and pans Very happy with my purchase
We purchased this dishwasher about a month ago as our previous repair man said repair parts are more readily available for this make. We wanted low price, basic, and a warranty. Initially we were uncertain as it is so light and mostly plastic. The little thing is a workhorse. Cleans dishes very well. Very thin almost non existent sound proofing which makes it noisier than our previous dishwasher. We actually used the felt blanket from our old one on this one and the noise level is greatly reduced. The door is on an old school spring so you have to almost push it up to close it but we are ok with that. We added the extra protection through our purchaser and so for the price and 5 years of protection we are very happy with it. It doesn't seem to matter how much you spend on a dishwasher as their life cycle like any appliance is so short now so we just wanted something that did the job for the best price. Also like the front display. Previous reviews didn't like the loading area but we found we can load dishes, pots etc much easier in this model than in our previous Samsung.
Have had almost a month and cleans dishes really well however the racking is odd, plates don't stand up, they constantly lean over o to each other no matter which direction we place them, and the top rack is just a bit higher than the last machine we had so a lot of the things we used to put on that rack we can't anymore
I've had this dishwasher for about a month, and used all different settings. The energy saver option basically sprays a lot of water but does not clean much; I'm convinced this option exists to satisfy some government regulation. The one-hour wash cleans about 70% of the dishes properly, with the rest sustaining residual stains so one more manual wash is needed. The regular wash takes about 160 minutes (inclusive of heating) and does a better job, but about 10% of stains remain, so the heavy wash option is best, but also uses the most amount of water and energy. I recommend rinsing your dishes first unless you are using the heavy wash option. It's a straightforward design that works without complicated bells and whistles. If you want to press a button and get things done, this is great, except the buttons, like many reviewers have noted, are pretty hard to press down on. The good thing is the machine remembers your previous options, so if you are okay with using the same mode all the time, the buttons should not pose a problem. But hey, I got what I paid for, and I'm not complaining. I just hope it lasts more than a couple of years!
This dishwasher is noisy and has no insulation around the outside of the tub to deaden sound. The wire in the racks is half the diameter of my last dishwasher and has wider spacing so some things I used to put in the top rack now fall through. Dishes do come out clean so it does what it needs to do but no frills.
Just bought this dishwasher. Got it home and water started leaking out of it as soon as it came out of the box. Got it all hooked up and ran a cycle through and it won't drain at all.
