I wanted a simple get the job done for a good price dishwasher and this one does not disappoint! Replacing a 20 something year old dishwasher, this one is a game changer! Easy to load, drawer stays out. Door stays open where you put it. 2 sprayer arms making both racks usable for all kinds of dishes. Not too complicated or fancy, but for the price range of this, you can't go wrong!
I bought this one week ago and wasn't sure I made the best choice but so happy I did it. I really like how it's working, pretty noiseless, good washing and rinsing, and looooved the smell of detergent. Dishes were perfectly dry and spotless. I'm so happy I bought this and the price was a win from the start.
Very good dishwasher, we love the 1 hour feature. The reason why it's only a 4 out of 5 stars is that the "ON" button is very tricky sometimes to start the dishwasher. It seems when pressing, it's hard to feel the button click and start. At times, very frusterating to turn on, other than that, it works great for cleaning the dishes.
I chose this product based on positive reviews for its most basic model. After a month of use, I'm impressed with the smooth sliding drawer for dishes. It's spacious enough for large cooking spoons and spatulas, and the drying performance is noticeably better than my previous model. Highly recommended!
Hello, we bought a Fridgedaire dishwasher a couple of months ago and it does not hold up plates properly-every time we use it everything on the lower rack tips into each other. I don't know if this is a manufacture issue and I don't see any other complaints so I'm wondering if there is a defect in the lower tray?
We use our dishwasher on a daily basis. Easy to use, saves us water, and dishes come out squeaky clean. We do have an issue with the water not draining properly - we are very meticulous with pre-rinsing with no signs of food clogging the filter so I have to shave off a couple of stars since we've only had it for about 10 months.
In camparison to the dishwasher I had before it pales in comparison. That dishwasher was a Kenmore (sadly out of business now) and it lasted from 2003 to 2025. I was told by my plumber that this one would probably only last 8 years, but I guess that's how things are built these days. The racks don't fit my dishes nearly as well. The dinner plates and rim soups always fall over. If I stack the cereal bowls together, they don't get clean. I can't fit as many dishes in as in my old dishwasher. Luckily I kept the cutlery tray from my old dishwasher because the new one is smaller. Having said that, when I arrange the cereal bowls apart from each other, it does a good job and is easy to clean. I like that it has self-cleaning filters, so all you have to clean out periodically is the glass trap and spray arms.
This dishwasher is noisy and has no insulation around the outside of the tub to deaden sound. The wire in the racks is half the diameter of my last dishwasher and has wider spacing so some things I used to put in the top rack now fall through. Dishes do come out clean so it does what it needs to do but no frills.
The dishwasher works fine but it is so flimsy, I'm not sure how long it will last. The door hinge squeaks every time you open and close no matter how many adjustments our installer make. The utensil holder is smaller than the location in the dishwasher it fits (which is just ridiculous to me, you could have made it to fit, I'm sure it wouldn't have cost that much more) so it slides back and forth which is annoying. We actually zip tied it in place.
Not very impressed with it. Glassware slides on the top rack. Cutlery basket is small and slides back and forth in its slot. Very strong plastic smell due to plastic interior walls.
