[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll purchase this AC unit to replace one that I had in my workshop. It uses 3/4 of the amount of power that my old unit used and this one actually will cool an 1800 square-foot basement workshop. There's very little insulation but half of the building is underground. I can't say much about installation, as I have a wall framed up to put it in so I didn't install it in the window like most people would. The remote works well I'm very pleased with the unit.

It surpassed my expectations. It is quieter than underpowered units and keeps my living room at 67 degrees. This unit was recommended by consumer reports and I would advise anyone not to hesitate purchasing it. It even has an automatic schedule that I set up for it to automatically turn on and off each day. No need to worry about a thing. This is the only AC to buy!!!

This style of installation has not changed in at least 15 years as I did the exact same job in a different building on our property. But the new one has WiFi which is very cool. They picture was before the trim was placed, just wanted to show my wife it was working.

Unit runs very quiet and the blue tooth controls are handy. Buying this unit online with Abt was a great experience, no hassles, no problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first Frigidaire lasted almost 20 years. I replaced it with this newer model when it started to act up. I love the wifi feature as well as the 7 day programable timer and it's much quieter than the old one. I have it in the family and while watching TV if the AC unit turns on it doesn't interfere with the volume on the TV, with my old AC unit I had to constantly turn the TV volume up and down as the AC turned on and off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AC is working great! I like that I can turn it on while away from home and see what the temperature is in the house. Our last AC was a Frigidaire and it lasted us for at least 14 years. It still works, but needs some maintenance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WIFI module is causing the filter to not seat very well at all. It makes the filter stick out of its proper seated position. This seems likely to cause dust and particulates to get around the filter and build up on the evaporator coils.

The box that it was shipped in was totally mutilated when we received it. It was obvious that the box was already damaged prior to shipping.
