Frigidaire 26 lbs. Bullet Ice Maker, Countertop Portable Ice Machine with Digital Controls, Stainless Steel

It's the greatest item in my kitchen. I can fill up my ice tray in the freezer in a couple of hours not even that long. During the summer I make smoothies and I use a lot of ice and take it right out of the ice maker is so convenient and it crunches up lot easier. The last one I had stopped working and I wasn't going to buy another one, but I missed that dang thing so much I got another one and I hope this one last longer.

I have spent many years freezing ice cubes, spilling water in the freezer and on the floor. I have well water and it is simply too hard for an ice maker in my fridge. We purchase reverse osmosis water an simply pour water into the reservoir turn it on and have ice. This is my second, the first lasted 3-4 years. It is one of the few things my husband has told me was a great purchase. We absolutely love it.

This is a lightweight AMAZING little ice maker we have been running it 24/7 for a month now..with NO ISSUES..and we have been bagging ice as well as filling our glasses non stop we have so much ice now we can almost start our own ice house. 🧊 The quality of the ice is Fantastic! It is chewable yet it last longer in the glasses...i give this ice maker an A+. Yes you will need to fill the well with water but we are a family of 3 and its just something we all keep an eye on. Not a problem.

My review of the Frigidaire 26lb. Countertop Portable Ice Maker, The first thing I noticed on the box was that it says 22 pounds not 26 pounds so I do not know if this is correct or if this is an error. It's a very nice ice machine the look of it is very sleek I wouldn't mind leaving this on my counter on long summer days it's super easy to make ice you choose a size fill the reservoir up and close the lid within about 10 minutes you start having ice it actually picks itself up the ice and puts it in the bin which is pretty big I'm pretty sure it will hold quite a bit of ice if you don't use all the ice it will melt and continue to make ice, Comes with a scoop to scoop the ice out I really do love the black color. And Frigidaire is a name I had no I can trust. I definitely would I would recommend this to someone who either has a lot of kids or just loves to chew ice the ice comes out in bullets which is hollow very easy to chew and works awesome and cold drinks.

Bought this because I don't like the taste from the ice coming from my refrigerator. This item is compact, so it doesn't take up much space on my counter. It produced ice quickly and stores it in the removable tray that I use to fill the ice holder in my refrigerator. When your done with it for the day you can shut it off and the ice in the removable tray will melt right back into the reservoir where it will be ready to use when you turn it back on. I pour gallon water into the reservoir to make my ice. Excellent product.

Makes ice really fast does the job cannot store the ice in there but that's OK. I put it in a bag and put it in the freezer. Really can't go wrong for the price. Make sure you dry it out really well when you're done if you're not using it. Don't want mold, growing down in those holes.

This machine makes ice quickly. I imagined that it would keep the ice cold, but it doesn't. It fills up a basket that must be emptied into another container and put in the freezer. The ice will melt if left inside the ice maker. We empty it into the dispenser for our broken ice maker in our freezer. Then the problem is that the ice all freezes together and has to be broken apart. I'll be returning it and going back to using ice cube trays.

I love the cubes that come out, and its super fast, but this Ice Maker doesn't work for our lifestyle. The cubs arent cold enough when the ice is made, so they are already half melted by the time we transfer them to an ice bucket in the freezer. This leads to one massive solid ice block. I have read others reviews on other sites, that they have same issues. The standard solution they have is to put ice in a bag, and smash the bag when they need ice. At this point, I want to go back to using trays, but already have used for a week.
