Frigidaire 35 Pint 3000 sq ft Smart Dehumidifier with Wi-Fi for Medium Rooms, 1.7 Gallon Bucket or Drain Option, Humidity Control, Energy Star Certified, FHDD3534Y1

Overall, we are sooo happy with our purchase. It is hands down the best dehumidifier we have purchased in a long time b/c we have had our share of machines. The app is a wonderful feature. We love how it enables us to observe and compared the different variables (I.e. humidity over time) so we can we adjust our settings depending on the time of day and the weather at that moment. Though it resides in our basement it is so quiet and quite possibly the best purchased we have made in a very long time. Thank you 😊

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with how well this machine performs. Utilizing the wifi capability is so nice and easy. Setting up the app to use the wifi feature took less than 3 minutes. I have other Frigidaire products set up in the app as well and it's very nice to be able to have everything in one spot. I have noticed a significant difference in my air quality and it has even helped keep my electricity bill a bit down. The air feels less sticky and I even noticed smells don't linger as much. We keep ours in the kitchen and run it when I've been cooking a lot since I can feel the air getting heavy. After the snow I felt like I was fighting to keep the wet dog smell out of the home, but after installing the dehumidifier noticed the air losing that dampness and suddenly the smell of dog just disappeared from the air. Nothing is more satisfying than removing the water tank and seeing how much moisture was pulled out of the air.

My basement was wet on the floor and sweaty as soon as it hit springtime. Then I bought frigidaire 50 pint dehumidifier. As soon as it arrived, I turned it on starting 7am till 7pm. in the basement 7 days a week. The result is amazing. My basement is dry. Well done !

The setup was very easy and the app was easily downloaded and connected to the dehumidifier. It is incredibly quiet, you can't even tell that it's on sometimes. It has been winter and very dry here so it is hard to assess the efficiency but we will be moving it to the attic in summer and will provide an update then. It is very light and easy to move so it wouldn't be a problem to move it to the problem areas when needed.

Great dehumidifier ! Works amazing well with the WiFi app although it's difficult to connect. . It reduces and maintains low humidity quickly . I would suggest that the app have the ability with a light to let you know when it turns off and when it turns back on when it's in Auto mode ! If WiFi isn't connected it doesn't tell you which is an app issue. Water removal is really easy and is capable operating many hours ! It works great for a large basement with high humidity ! Timer is also an amazing good feature ! Frigidaire is an awesome brand .

This is my second Frigidaire dehumidifier for two different locations. Very happy, except there are two things to be conscious of which applies to larger dehumidifiers in general. When under full load, the discharge temperature is surprisingly high and also the low fan speed is still quite noisy, but as an engineer, I understand thatthis is a constraint of dehumidifier design.

My unit runs continuously and fills in about 18 hours. Bucket could be a bit larger and grip point on the bucket is low, at floor level and sometime needs a little force to open. The bucket has a convenient handle at its midpoint which is great for sliding it out and carrying away to empty. Low speed on fan is still too fast (loud). Unit adds very little heat to the room and extracts water quickly. Overall I'm pleased with the quality and efficiency and am satisfied with my purchase.

I've been very impressed with my Frigidaire dehumidifier. It does an excellent job of pulling moisture out of the air, and I noticed a difference in the humidity level within just a few hours of using it. My basement feels drier, smells fresher, and the air is much more comfortable.

I was having trouble breathing because of the high dewpoint outside and the humidity. I decided to get this to reduce the humidity in my house, but it puts out so much heat out of the side that it was defeating the purpose of the window air conditioner. It's not working out as well as I thought it would.

I bought this few months ago and I'm somewhat happy. Everything work well on it except the continuous drainage. I wasn't successful in making it work. I followed all the instructions in connecting it at the back of the unit and I put the other end of the water hose in the sink but when the unit is full it doesn't continue to flow the water through the hose into the sink but it simply stops and give you a notification that the tank is full. This is my issue keeping in mind that I bought the unit because of the continuous drainage feature. Hope I could have some help if this message reaches the right place.
