Frigidaire 4.5 Cu. Ft. Compact Refrigerator

I brought this for my daughter going to college . I just love the size and it was a perfect fit for her dorm room. An d I also like the size of the spacious freezer.

This is the 3rd mini refrigerator i have owned and housed in my garage but the first FRIGIDAIRE. It's better than advertised and keeps my beer ice cold. Love it 😍

This is a good fridge, but was missing the right foot for lowering and raising the fridge to make it level. We improvised and used a different screw, but it could've been a challenge without it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

For a small fridge, it holds a surprising amount of stuff. It's also quiet. Defrosting this item was kind of an adventure, the first time. The owner's manual is not much help in defrosting, as it mentions a “freezer drip pan” that does not exist. The freezer compartment has no drain hole, so when defrosting the fridge, blotting or sponging out the melted water from this compartment is the only way to remove it. There is a drain hole near the bottom of the refrigeration compartment, which leads to a small drip pan that can only be accessed from the back of the unit. The drip pan cannot be removed, and it is hard to reach, so better to not let water even drain into it— we used a towel inside the fridge to absorb the water. An unexpected aspect of the drain hole is that it is always open, thus - so it would seem - permitting the continuous leaking out of cold air... that doesn't seem like a great design feature. All that said, we like the fridge very much and would buy it again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
