Frigidaire 4.5 Cu. Ft. Compact Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this same fridge 5-6 years ago, and it ran great right up until it quit a couple of weeks ago. For the price, I feel like that was a pretty good lifespan, so I bought the exact same fridge to replace it.

Once I plugged it in for the first time, it got down to temperature in less than 2 hours. My wife has a slightly smaller one at her work (3 cu ft) from Whirlpool and it took over a day to cool down. At 4.5 cu ft, its not too large for my home office space. So far its working great.

I brought this for my daughter going to college . I just love the size and it was a perfect fit for her dorm room. An d I also like the size of the spacious freezer.

The size is perfect--tall enough to have a completely separate freezer big enough to store a turkey, and enough height in the fridge for three taller shelves to hold enough food for a week for two people. Fully adjustable shelves. The door has angled holders for drinks, and tons of storage for other food items such as eggs and half gallon containers of milk. If you don't need the fridge to fit under a counter, but have a small living space, this is the perfect solution. Energy star efficiency at an amazing price. It keeps food at the desired temperature--I have a thermometer inside constantly monitoring the temp. So if you need to refrigerate meds, no worries. Despite its larger size, it runs pretty quietly. My tenant is extremely happy with it.
