FRIGIDAIRE 4.7 Cu ft Two Door Mini Fridge with Freezer , VCM Stainless Steel

I didn't see any of the packaging problems mentioned in earlier reviews. Arrived in good shape, including the box. Instructions say to start with the temp control at maximum. I did this, and some of the produce toward the back wall of the refrigerator got frozen. Turning the temp down seems to take care of this problem, and I now store delicate things like lettuce on the door rather than on the shelves. I'm well satisfied with the item, including price, delivery, performance, and amount of interior space, especially in the freezer. For $200 it was a very good buy, compared to a little cube "dorm" fridge with no separate freezer compartment. It fits my need perfectly, which was to relieve the crowding in the main fridge due to my special diet items. The soda rack is a nice touch.

The fridge arrived in great shape, with no damage whatsoever. It cooled right down when I plugged it in after 20 hours of standing upright. It looks to be very well made and will serve my purposes extremely well.

The refrigerator looks nice, and works good. Was delivered a day later than expected, but that was OK, considering what is going on now days. We waited 24 hours before plugging it in for safety in case it was laid down during shipping. I would recommend this product.

Works great, very nice size for my office. Watch out for FedEx though. They dented the product in several places on the side of both doors. It still works well though and I will keep it as is. I would think that if I were to return it, FedEx would deliver another one the same way. But as for the product, works great.

I purchased this for my shop/office which is 300 ft from our house. Wayfair had one with .2 more cubic feet but was $360, a lot of the reviews were about the damage incurred during shipping as with this unit from Walmart, and included pictures. You could make the argument, well it's a shop office, a little scratch or dent doesn't matter...your right but it does to me. So rather than choosing the free shipping option to my door I chose to have it delivered to the store. This way if it looked like a high/low fork tried to pierce the door I could say no and get a refund that day or work on the price. If it were truck shipped to your house and with this crazy covid who knows the hoops you would have to jump through to return it. When the Walmart employee took me to room the frig was in I saw damage to the cardboard shipping box it was in. I asked if I could check for damage, he said certainly. I cut the straps then the box at the corners so it would expose the front of the fridge, no damage. But when cutting those nylon straps the box is loose from the bottom styrofoam base and the frig, but not a bad compromise now knowing its damage free. I put it in the truck myself, two people would have no problem. It's in it's new home now, I'm going to build a riser base to bring the top of the freezer door to eye level. For $200 it's a great deal, black doors and extra $40, I would imagine that has to do with supply and demand.

Nice little fridge, good size freezer just wish it had storage in the door, inside is ok, my other fridge had more room, the shelves were 3 inches wider and a little deeper, So this one doesnt hold as much. Thats the Only real thing I dont like about it, But its works for my needs

I absolutely love the look and size of this mini fridge! I love the combination of black and stainless steel together. This fridge is very roomy inside, with a good size freezer to accommodate. The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars is the fact that there was some slight damage to the bottom left corner of the fridge's door. Looks like it may have been caused in transit. Besides that, everything else is great. It was very simple to start up and cool off. Instructions were clear, and the fridge and freezer are able to get very cold, if need be. I really feel as if I could use this as the 'only' fridge in my apt, if I had to. But it is just for me, yet spacious enough for 2 people, if you plan to get groceries weekly. I like to shop every 2 weeks, and this fridge allows me to do that for myself!

I bought this fridge to use in my bedroom. I hooked it up and turned it on the day it was delivered, and after wiping it down I filled the small ice tray that came with it with water and placed it in the freezer. A few hours later I had ice cubes in the tray. It also keeps ice cream frozen. I had it turned up to the highest level, but I had to turn it down a bit, because my milk in the fridge was getting ice in it. The vegetable and fruit crisper bin is kind of small, but that's to be expected for a mini fridge. I only wish that there was a rack to hold food on the door of the freezer. That's my only reason for giving it four stars. Overall it's a nice mini fridge for anyone looking for something to store small amounts of food and drinks.

Dimensions were way off. Its actually 50 inches tall not 43 inches and 4.7 cf not 4.5. I thought I was buying a mini fridge... nope. This is almost too big. It also came with a nice dent in the side too. Hopefully we can find a space to put this beast in my kid's dorm room.

Refrigerator arrived with scratches and a dent in the door. Didn't realize I was buying a scratch and dent item at full price. How hard is it to include a thin sheet of styrofoam in the box for protection? I ship items all over the world in my small business without damage yet a billion dollar company can't do the same? If that's not bad enough, the fridge door doesn't shut properly either. It wouldn't stay shut at all at first, but it shuts now just barely. Unfortunately, it opens up with the slightest bump. This problem may resolve itself over time. Guess I'll find out. Not happy.
