Great little appliance.
Very sleek and compact. I have issues with lifting and the cooler is lightweight without the water inside. The water is loaded into the bottom of the cooler. It just slides in easily and the pump is placed on top and locks into place. The water is very hot. No need to boil for a hot beverage. Cold water stays cold. Very user friendly. A must buy. No more unsightly bottles on top of a cooler. It looks like my appliances. The red flashing light will indicate when to change the water. I would highly recommend this purchase.

It is easy to replace the 5 gal bottle when empty. The water is delicious and beats the tp water by far

It's so user friendly but the red button shouldn't need to be slid. It'd be easier if it's just a button to press that's why i gave it 4*

Item Needs to be Returned Yet Again!
This is the 2nd water dispenser I have purchased from Walmart that does not possess all the amenities as described. There is supposed to be an LED Night light as described in the product details, and yet again, there is not!!!! The photo I attached shows the On/Off feature where the light switch should be, but as you can see, it is not there.

Horrible.
Broke after three months, so contacted the company and they have dragged their feet to replace. They haven't made the process easy at all. Waste of money. Currently at 11 emails back and forth with no resolution……
