Frigidaire 7.0 cu ft Chest Freezer, White - Deep Freezer for Garage, Kitchen, Basement, Large Capacity for Bulk Storage

I purchased 2 of these. One to store my breast milk stash and the other for food. Once I filled my breast milk in the one, i eventually had to start storing milk in the one for food. I say that, to say this… on July 4th, my city had a severe thunderstorm causing a major power outage for about 5 nights! I was prepared to lose food but the breast milk was the most valuable! To my surprise, after 5 nights of no power, the one fully stocked freezer was still frozen! I barely opened it because I wanted to contain the chill. The 2nd freezer held up pretty good too. Would've held up longer had not my husband keep opening it! Today is when some of the milk in 2nd freezer started to defrost so I had to take what was frozen to my friend's deep freezer because I didn't want to risk losing it. I threw away 300 oz of breast milk, that was still COLD, due to not knowing how long it has been since the last piece of crystal melted (you have 24 hours to use thawed milk). These freezer r worth every dollar! I was able to save thousands of ounces of hard work and energy (breast milk). One of the freezers had a little dent on top but nothing to concerning. Other than that, u won't be disappointed! Good space inside as well.

Let me start by saying that I think this is a quality made product. Freezer arrived packaged very well. After unpacking, I inspected the exterior of the freezer and seen that there is a small dent in the back, right corner of the lid. I was hoping it would arrive with no flaws. I haven't ran the freezer because I am letting it sit for 24hrs. before allowing it to cool down. I can't speak for how well it works yet. Other than the small dent, I think it's a very nice, compact freezer. I would recommend. The price was excellent along with really fast, free shipping.

The freezer works wonderfully, fits our space perfectly, and froze to temp in under 2 hours. The only problem we had was the fact that the back of the freezer was badly banged up on both sides. The driver assured me that it was just the box that was dented because of its positioning on the Fed-X truck, but upon opening it, we realized that it was in fact the freezer that 2dented up. I tried to see if we could exchange it but upon trying, the system informed me that it wouldn't exchange the freezer but would instead refund us for it without the possibility of an exchange. So we're stuck with a dented freezer.

If you order this, be sure to check the box for dings before the delivery person leaves. I was hesitant to order this after seeing all the complaints about receiving damaged units, but figured that those were the exceptions. So I ordered it. The freezer arrived on time, and the box appeared ok, except for a small ding about a foot up from the bottom. When I unboxed the freezer, I discovered the right front corner was dented, right where the box was dinged. It won't affect how the freezer works, but when you buy something new, you don't expect it to be damaged.

I purchased this new, had 3 dents in it, realize new unit. My other freezer conked out so I had to plug it in to save my frozen food. Was offered return and repurchase, also offered not to return and refund, didn't happen. Final offer was $40 off which I felt was unfair. . No choice as if I return i'd lose my frozen products,, no where else to go. 2 different reps(phone recorded, they said) to forget about returning damaged freezer and refund offered, I accepted, never happened. Bottom line is damaged freezer, $40 credit. Not very happy but evidently nobody cares

I received my order and noticed multiple cosmetic defects on several surfaces of the product. I purchased this item because it was on sale, and the listing did not mention any cosmetic issues. If I had known about the damage, I would not have purchased it.

I was delivered a damaged product and it was like pulling teeth to exchange it. SO much time wasted on the phone and prepping for it to not be picked up. DO BETTER Walmart! I finally got so frustrated that I just told them to cancel the exchange and just give me a refund and I would go to Lowe's.

This product is damaged , I spoke to a Walmart representative regarding this item.. they said they would put in report to manufacturer.. if no response in 48 hours.. Walmart would address this for me.. believe that some sort of compensation is deserved.

Delivery really messed it up. They were supposed to just slide it inside the garage instead they left it outside. My granddaughter just had a baby and she didn't need to be lifting that. And they dented it up, so it had to be returned to damaged pretty badly

I read the reviews and hoped I'd receive a chest freezer that was not damaged. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. The freezer has multiple dents in it and the front left corner is crushed. It is cut all the way through to the inside of the freezer. The box it came in was not damaged! Returns on something this large are not easy. I'm going to push myself to go through the major hassle to get this returned and will NOT be ordering another one from Walmart. Totally NOT worth it!
