[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this because the old one finally died and it quickly cooled the place down. Being without a/c during a heat wave is the worst. I will say that there is not enough information about replacement batteries for the remotes on the website.

Bought this to replace my old Fedders wall unit. I regret it. This units compressor is quiet but it doesn't blow very cold and airflow is weak. Lots of noise from water hitting the fan, and it hasn't saved me much on electricity compared to the older one. It seems to run much longer even though both this one and the old one are the same BTU capacity.
