Frigidaire Bottom Load Hot and Cold Water Dispenser, 3 & 5 Gallon Stainless Steel Water Cooler with Compressor Cooling, Hot Water Safety Lock

The water dispenser arrived in an intact box and was in perfect condition when opened.

Very sleek and compact. I have issues with lifting and the cooler is lightweight without the water inside. The water is loaded into the bottom of the cooler. It just slides in easily and the pump is placed on top and locks into place. The water is very hot. No need to boil for a hot beverage. Cold water stays cold. Very user friendly. A must buy. No more unsightly bottles on top of a cooler. It looks like my appliances. The red flashing light will indicate when to change the water. I would highly recommend this purchase.

Works great.

Had it for a couple of months and it has been working great. It gets the bottles almost completely empty and it is easy to connect the bottles. Very happy with it and my purchase.

very easy to set up.. works great, water very cold and hot water perfect

It works so good. Love it.

I bought a water dispenser and upon delivery the delivery man advised my spouse that the bottom of the box did not hold. Indeed when I arrived at home I could see that there was no plastic strap on the box, which usually holds the bottom of it. When I removed the top of the box I could see that my item was not wrapped in plastic wrap and that the styrofoam protectors were broken. A small scratch was visible on the top of the device as well as many fingerprints. I wonder if this item was used and then returned by an other customer. As I'm on my second water cooler bought at Walmart this month, (the first one was returned last week because it didn't fit the description) I don't want to return that one since we have no other source of drinkable water than bottled water. I'm a little disappointed with this kind of experience. On the other hand. I am really amazed and satisfied with the speed with which your customer service entered into contact me to try to understand the situation. Have a great day Passez une belle journée

Item was opened/ used and had dents.

Broke after three months, so contacted the company and they have dragged their feet to replace. They haven't made the process easy at all. Waste of money. Currently at 11 emails back and forth with no resolution……

This is the 2nd water dispenser I have purchased from Walmart that does not possess all the amenities as described. There is supposed to be an LED Night light as described in the product details, and yet again, there is not!!!! The photo I attached shows the On/Off feature where the light switch should be, but as you can see, it is not there.
