I bought this for my parents since my dad is having shoulder surgery in February and my mom has COPD. This will make it to where she can put the water in and my dad doesn't have to worry. They had a top load. My parents say they are absolutely in love with it. And that's all that matters, that's why the rating.

Great new water cooler!
My husband and I both have physical limitations and having a water cooler that we can load from the bottom has been incredibly easy for us to handle. This water cooler is also very nice looking and was easy to start using. I think the value for the money was terrific.

Perfectly perfect for my needs.
Although I havent had this long it is proving to be an excellent putchase. Works great. Is quiet. Heat water perfectly, and I love the black and stainless look. Its a great design.

Need Cup Size
I've purchased two different sized cups and neither of them fit! It would have been nice to have had more guidance. I love the bottom loading option. I didn't think it would do a good job emptying the bottle, but it does!

Not satisfied
We ordered a water dispenser and I paid for a new one I ordered a water dispenser which was supposed to be new but it has scratches and stains all over it. It seems tbat it has been used. I need a definite solution from walmart regarding my order. Add to this, the package was awfully dirty and old. I paid and I ordered a new water dispenser never expecting to receive a ised one.
