Frigidaire Chest Freezer, 7.2 cu. Ft, White

Bought our first Fridgedaire 7 cubic foot freezer about two years ago. Works well and is super quiet. We needed a second freezer never gave a second thought which one I would be buying. A fridgeaire is what I purchased again and am very pleased . Lid is very easy to open and the new one keeps cold like the first one! Also super quiet. You won't regret bringing a Fridgeaire chest freezer home!!

I bought my Frigidaire chest freezer about a month ago and so far I'm very happy with it. After I plugged it in, the temp got down to 0 degrees (where I have it set) in about an hour and held steady at that temp ever since. The unit is very quiet and so far I have no frost accumulating on the inside. I was also shocked at how little electrical draw it has (only 1.6 AMPS). So it doesn't draw a whole lot of current and I can run it on a circuit with other appliances. So far I am very happy with my purchase and it seems like a quality product... Thanks Frigidaire!!!!!! We bought this freezer 2 years ago with an extended warranty from The Brick. It stopped freezing all but the bottom foot. The warranty company, King and State, sent in a repair guy who said it was the switch and tried to order a new one 3 times but apparently you don't make replacement parts?? So K&S cancelled our warranty and refunded us a portion of what we paid for the freezer. I'm not even sure what to say. It was a great freezer when it worked and we trusted the Fridgidaire name but now I wonder if we should have. We're so disappointed.

I thought I was buying a quality product from a trusted brand, but the refrigerant leaked out (not from moving) in less than 3 years. I was sure it must be covered by a warranty, but I was told they only provide a 1 year warranty. Any company that only warranty's the appliance for a year doesn't believe in their product, and from now on, neither do I.

Purchased in Nov2020. Every few days its stops freezing. I have to reset the power to make it work again.

We bought this when we moved and when we first turned it on within a week it had the white frost buildup all on the inside. Never adjusted the factory setting as recommended. What a disappointment Frigidaire.
