I bought this about a month ago and me and my husband were able to follow the instructions and install the dishwasher ourselves. I love the top third shelf, it saves me from having to use a dishwasher basket for all the kids' small parts that need to get washed, which took up space. So far it works great and cleans my dishes really well. It does seem to take a really long time for one load to get washed, but that's not too big of a deal for me and the wash cycles are pretty quiet. I would recommend!
This dishwasher replaced a more expensive model from a different manufacturer and I am, so far, more than pleased. Quieter, better seals and hides the grandkids' fingerprints. So happy for this purchase. Excellent product and more than reasonably priced.
We bought the dishwasher about 3 weeks ago and love it. It simply doesn't make much noise, in fact we have to get up and check it to see if it is still running! The only thing about it is the bottom rack that holds the dishes, it is way different than our last machine and we are having to figure out how to load it. The slots for the dishes are smaller than what we are used to but otherwise it works very well.
I did not know how bad my previous dishwasher was until I used my new one. It cleans so well and is generally quiet. Lot's of rack space and the top rack is perfect for knives. Downfall is the bottom tray. It is a little flimsy and rolls off the groves constantly so be gentle when rolling it in and out. The cutlery basket did snap a little bit when I lifted it out while it was full of cutlery. It is still usable and a bit of glue fixed it up. Overall we are very satisfied because the dishes are clean and dry. Thank you!
Have had this for almost a year now. I like having the extra top rack, I put my larger cutlery up there. I do find the basket for cutlery gets caught on the side of the dishwasher when I push the bottom rack in, I have to pull the basket to the opposite side to slide the rack in. I had to get my builder to cut a hole in my toe kick for the vent of the dishwasher which is something I'm not used to, so now the vent piece pops out every so often.
The instructions are either too small to read or incomplete. I finally got it to work by guessing (because I've worked on computers since 1977). The dishes do not always come out dry. Sometimes they're dripping wet. I also cannot figure out how to tell if the "rinsing agent" needs to be filled...it's impossible to see any setting/fill level. I am finally getting accustomed to looking at that flat top tray. It's very useful. I would like to be able to take the silverware "thing" apart because it looks like I could "break" it in half. We don't use that much silverware/utensils. I would like to be able to put taller things on the second shelf, but I understand that I gave up some space due to the top shelf/tray. The appearance is beautiful. The length of the wash cycle is WAY LONGER than my old dishwasher.
Quiet dishwasher and works great but very disapointed it does not have a bottom floor light to indicate status. With the panel mounted and door closed you are not able to see the display or status.
I bought this in December but didn't get it until February, that has so far been the only disappointing thing about it. There's plenty of room and the top silverware rack is a game changer. I live it's low db during operation and I'm sure once my wife gets back home she's going to be the wizard in managing the organization and the best place to get the best results at the end of the wash.
It's ok have had other brands that were cheaper and worked better. It's always wet inside even with the heat dry I find it smells if I don't leave the door open after cycling is done. The 3rd rack isn't that useful to us. I'm not sold on this dishwasher I find the cycles are so long, how is this energy efficient if it takes 2 to 4 hours for each cycle
Dishwasher was easy to install. Have noticed it is significantly louder than my previous dishwasher. Top rack design also holds less dishes however top cutlery tray allows option to remove cutlery rack on bottom rack allowing more room for pots. Performs great
