Frigidaire FFBD1831US 18 Inch Built In Dishwasher Stainless Steel

I bought this a month ago. My kitchen is small and this 18inch dishwasher fit perfectly. Works great . Cleans well. Very quiet. Holds enough daily dishes for 2.

My old dishwasher (another brand) started leaking and I had to replace it with this dishwasher. I love the layout of the bottom rack, and I'm impressed it cleans my dishes properly on the regular cycle where I had to run my old dishwasher on the highest settings all the time. It's also appreciated that it counts down the minutes in the last hour when I use the "delay start" feature so I know if I have time to throw an extra dish in. It is very quiet and the completed beep is not obnoxious either.

Had my apartment size built in dishwasher installed a month ago. Have used it only once with good results. I like that selecting wash/dry options is so easy. Apartment size dishwasher is a perfect fit for condo/apartment living.

1) The side mounting brackets don't secure the machine well and as they are only designed to hold the machine from coming out so if it gets pushed back they dislodge. There is a very simple change to the brackets that would give them much better purchase. 2) Having the water and power connections at the front has some drawbacks i.e. you need much longer water and power supply lines or struggle to "fish" the existing through and under the machine while it is pushed into it's recess. On balance I would say the rear connections are still a better option.

was surprised at how quiet this dishwasher is when it's running. It has great options and roomy for an 18 inch am pleased with everything except that the bottom rack sometimes gets stuck when it is pulled out all the way making it difficult to push back in

We absolutely love our new dishwasher! Every item comes out perfectly clean and spot free. We manage to fit in quite a lot in this machine, despite the smaller size. We have washed more heavily soiled, unrinsed dishes and have not had any issues with having to rewash anything. Matches the rest of our appliances perfectly.

When my 2017 version of this dishwasher became obsolete, I purchased this new one to replace it. This one does clean a bit better but the drying function does not work well, even with rinse aid. When I open the dishwasher after it's washed/dried and then sat a while, there is a lot of moisture still on the door and some on the dishes. The older version would be bone dry, so this is disappointing! The set up allows for slightly fewer dishes to be placed inside as well, but not a big deal. What would have been best is if I could have repaired my 2017 dishwasher but the inexpensive part was no longer made. Planned obsolescence at its finest!

My old dishwasher was leaking so we purchased this one last month. It's getting the job done. Fits more than the last one we had, no complaints so far. It is a but loud but nothing out if the ordinary for a dishwasher.

I had to replace the same size dishwasher so I know the capacity is limited with this size of washer, however I didn't think it could fit less dishes in. Layout of racks is not beneficial for anything besides flat dishes. I finally quit fighting it and just put a couple of items in at a time so I'm constantly running, unloading or just washing by hand. I also thought having the buttons on the outside would be better but unfortunately they are harder to see but the functionality of the dish washer seems to be good so far.

Pros: Loving the cycles it has. I just rinse the plates under the water before placing in the dishwasher and choose 1hr program. It does a great job. Cons: Major design issue, I cannot believe how terrible they designed the bottom rack, once you pull forward, the wheels get out from the railing area and good luck with pushing it back after that.
